Pole dancing is a real art form. Usually people only think of it as sexual and objectifying. Due to how most media portrays it. But it's similar aerial ballet/dancing. It takes skill.

For this album, MAGDALENE, she did a huge tour where she did pole dancing, sword dancing, tap dancing, and a combination of hip-hop and contemporary dancing. Her visuals are always boundary pushing and futuristic. Also she has the sickest fashion.
Her album Magdalene is an assault on the senses (in a good way). Her sound is quite unconventional and you never know what to expect, it's not to everyone's taste but I think she is incredible. Her video for "Sad Day" is out of this world.
The name Cellophane represent her life as a famous artist, alongside her then fiancé Robert Pattinson. Her life was almost put on display like a packaged product on a shelf wrapped in cellophane, where you can see through it to see what’s inside and judge. It’s fragile and a thin layer that separates herself from the fans, haters, and just anybody her views her and forms an opinion on what they see. That’s at least what I interpreted it as, in reference to your perspective of the title.
