今回の撮影日は、2024年8月中旬です。山口県の中央部にある秋吉台カルストロードを走行した動画です。
秋吉台（あきよしだい）は、山口県美祢市（みね）の中・東部に広がる日本最大級のカルスト台地です。日本三大カルスト（福岡県平尾台、愛媛・高知の四国カルスト）に数えられています。この日は夏でしたので草が伸び白い石灰岩の部分があまり目立ちませんでしたが、高い木がなく広大な大地は見ごたえのある景観でした。道路も良く整備され、走って楽しいワインディングロードです。

This video was shot in mid-August 2024. It is a video of driving on the Akiyoshidai Karst Road in central Yamaguchi Prefecture.
Akiyoshidai is one of the largest karst plateaus in Japan, stretching across the central and eastern parts of Mine City, Yamaguchi Prefecture. It is counted among Japan's three major karsts (Hiraodai in Fukuoka Prefecture, and Shikoku Karst in Ehime and Kochi). It was summer on this day, so the grass was overgrown and the white limestone was not very noticeable, but there were no tall trees and the vast land was a spectacular sight. The road was well maintained and it was a fun winding road to drive on.
