ILCA (Laser) Roll tack and roll gybe practice 4/9/23

Practiced roll tacks and roll gybes in 4-6 knts light wind in SF bay 4/9/23. Tried two types of roll tacks: one with hand exchange on the back and the other without hand exchange. I tried the latter also, as I am not good at the hand exchange.
