Exercise with a good diet is a definite fat killer. And body builder tbh. So weight may stay close to the same but know you are gettin healthier

Exercise was what got me out of my plateau. Just some things I've learned along the way: I was shocked to see the scale number increase during the first couple weeks of starting cardio. Similar to coming out of Keto, it was just the body retaining more water, but it made for a frustrating start. Wasn't until I did some research and trusted the process that I began to feel better and see results.
Also, if there is an exercise you hate, don't do it. Find an alternate exercise that works the same muscles, but seems more fun. And just cycle through until you find what you enjoy. Because that is EXCLUSIVELY what it's about. Your goal, above all else, is to keep coming back. You have to find what you're willing to do today, and then the day after that, and then the day after that, and so on. Some days you'll have the shittiest workout, some days you'll surprise yourself, and they all even out over time, but only if you keep on coming back. Good luck Nick!

good work man, youre absolutely right with your assessment of you really dont have any measurable fat to lose left. You're spot on in transitioning into a weight lifting program and just being more oriented in the physical side of things versus mostly just focused on your diet! Youre doing great, inspirational stuff.

Something nobody ever told me about muscle is you have 14 days to keep and maintain muscle, If you're not using certain muscles you will lose half of your strength if you're not keeping up with maintaining them. But a week break can be important for growth and recovery after weeks of working out. You got this i wish i would've gotten serious about it at your age.

I am 80 pounds down and have probably 40 more to go, but not because of carnivore. I do a 20:4 intermittent fasting and stay in a calorie deficit (for the most part). What I am finding is that exercising, which is great for circulatory, respiratory and muscle health. really only accounts for about 400 calories if you're hustling. I have to fast walk for an hour to burn about 300 calories for a little over 3 miles. To put that into perspective, that's not even a large chocolate chip cookie in calories. The math is fairly simple (although approximate and person dependent). For every deficit of 3600 calories you're going to lose a pound. You'll definitely lose a ton on that plan as you've demonstrated but I can't stress enough that you need to be getting regular blood workups and monitor your blood pressure on that diet. It's high in saturated fat and sodium (especially pork and turkey, respectively), which probably won't bother you now but in 20 years that's going to really work against you. You mentioned your legs. Pay close attention to if you are retaining water, for instance if you have ridges above where you take your socks off. That means you're out of balance, don't dismiss it as just having tight socks. Also be cautious about building muscle. Again, up to a certain point it's great for health but at some point if you're bulking you're eating more to sustain it. When you cease, curb your eating accordingly and be prepared for that muscle to start wasting. It's all about what you consider to be sustainable in the long run. Re: Keto... people who claim to do keto are RARELY in ketosis. They're just losing because they are nutrition starved. A lot of those people who I have known that did keto got thrown into diabetes not long after they finished. There's not much to it. Just eat less, in amount, for less time, and your body will normalize that until you stall again. I will often wander into 22 hours on a fast without realizing it and my worst issue now is staying on a schedule to eat. I even seamlessly drink twice my minimum of water everyday without even thinking about it. Good luck man, you're doing great, just be mindful of your numbers and get a baseline for your health before you get older.

Keep going little brother i started Carnivore 2 years ago in may. Once spring comes and you're more active you'll notice fat lose. It's a lifestyle and the longer you do it the better your results. Congratulations you're going to avoid alot of food related illnesses by doing Carnivore even if you have cheat days or meals. Start doing weight training but you don't have to go crazy heavy to see results go lower weight high reps to avoid injury.

Try some sand weighted straps for your arms then work up to resistance bands. Tricep reps help with the under arms, resistance bands are nice for reps and it's low impact.

You have done amazingly well. My nephew is quite obese and has recently started on them weight loss injections and has lost 9 1bs in the first week. The only problem is its quite expensive. 150 pounds a month. The injection apparently fools the brain in to thinking your full. Respect to you for doing this the hard way. How long do you keep your Christmas tree up ? 🙂

You may have to do the 3 cans of sardines a day for 3-4 days. For some reason the sardines reset the body metabolism and you may get it up and going again.

Yeah bro. I feel you. We have all messed up and done something wrong. Don’t feel sad, because there is hope. All us humans have sinned. God is real and He Loves You. Jesus is the Son of God he died on the cross for all of our sins, he was buried and he rose again. He is alive forever more. Believe on him and have everlasting life. When I die I will be with him forever. If you don't believe in him before you die, when you die you will burn in hell forever. Please believe on him before it's Eternally too late. For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him. Jesus the Son of God is the only way to heaven.
