Environmentally Friendly Cutting the GRC With Water Easily Quickly use water and a cutter knife
In this video, it aims to share experiences and try out how to cut grc using water and a cutter knife.
Before doing this technique, I usually use a grinding machine to cut the grc / calsi board. the problems I face are twofold.
1. often occurs when cutting is less precise because when cutting does not use a mall / buffer as a cutting line guide, only relying on hand skills.
this is understandable because it might be tough again so it can't withstand engine vibrations.
2. The fog is too thick. Sangking the thickness of almost one work room turned gray, not recommended for health.

after the grc / calci board media is outlined according to the desired size. here I will split the GRC with the size of 55cm x 244cm as many as two pieces. For the tools, for example, use a 9mm multyplex. because coincidence the size of the straight side. For friends, maybe you can use hollow iron, wooden beams or other media that are basically straight sides. with the aim that when making scratches on the GRC media the cutter blade remains stable in a straight line.
Before cutting, I wet the line using a brush that has been given water, wetting it back and forth. Wait a few moments until the water is absorbed by grc. If that is enough then do the cleavage using a cutter knife.
I did 2 strokes, this is relatively even more than that would be better ..
Furthermore, this stage is the process of breaking the pieces by shaking them, this process should be done from end to end so that the fracture is balanced and neat.
Because the method used is the cleavage / cutting of one area, there are still weaknesses, namely the presence of GRC fracture remnants, to minimize this it can be tried to do with the two-plane reciprocal method so the results will be neater.
For the grc cutting technique with this cutter I did it in two methods
1. Cutting one plane that is like in the video (because of the long field)
2.Cutting two reciprocal planes (if the area is small, for the connection between the grc is tidier without any gaps / spaces)

Bukan karter, tapi cutter (dari bahasa inggris), mungkin kata 'pemotong' adalah padanannya dalam bahasa indonesia. Jikalaupun mungkin, kata karter sepertinya diambil dari kata 'carter', yang memiliki dasar 'cart' yang biasanya berasosiasi dengan benda yang bernama kereta kuda, carter sendiri bisa berarti pembawa kereta kuda tersebut, yang biasanya kita panggil dengan kata 'Pak Kusir', jadi kata karter teorinya lebih dekat ke 'Pak Kusir' daripada ke 'pemotong' atau 'alat potong'. Atau yang dimaksud adalah katter dan bukannya karter?

Klau memotong membujur dan kecil kayake sulit
Potongan kecil membujur . Iya benar situ kesulitanya walau bisa dilakukan akan jadi lama, namun lebih baik pakai gerinda potong akan lebih cepat. Ini trik cepat memotong bidang besar.
