I main Possessed Kenshi and I can honestly say you did not scrape the surface on how good and unstoppable he can be. I just got a PS4 and MKX on it (coming over from Xbox) and I've been destroying in both ranked and unranked just playing this variation.

You're not bad with Kenshi, Super. When playing Kenjutsu I wouldn't do Rising Sword after his b3,2 string though. You can't really combo off of it since there's such a small window after doing Rising Sword. I would suggest doing Tele-Hold to continue your combo from the low starter. At least, that's what I do, anyway. And he does kind of have an overhead starter in his f2, but it's kind of slow. If you can condition your opponent to block low then you can usually get them with it. From there you can do Rising Sword or Blade Nado to do some fair damage.
Also, when you do the d1 after Rising Sword you can do a b1, 432, 111, or basically almost any of his strings to continue the combo before using Tele-Hold.

Possessed kenshi is one the best variation. Why? You can counter spammers so easily and then give them some of their medicine. For example: with balanced variation you do not have the teleport of kenshi, with possessed you do and if it's "heavy weapons" jax the move he spams is the rocket launcher. And you duck with that move. So with the demon beam (teleport) you can do the over head jump attack. And because he is ducking- there is no escape. Then he'll fall and now you can spam your shit ton of samurai demon moves.
Kenshi ：the type of guy who has a sword, but prefers kicking and boxing instead of using this. Fun fact ：Kenshi is wearing a samurai armor but uses a sword that was not used by samurais. His type of sword is called a ninjato. Samurai also dont wear swords on their back, but ninjas do, to climb better. Kenshi is a funny fantasy mix between samurai and ninja ；） Btw i have no idea about this video game but i am thinking about it to buy the new one ^^
You should use his staple combos Y,Y A,Y,Y,B X,X,X Down back Y,X, Down Y. And an awesome move to catch people who jump or rush alot: down back X These are hus bread and butter for me
As a kenshi possed play I tend to use his teleport a lot and then the sickle it is a good kombo and then I fight the fight from the other side of the map
Also, The Ex overhead doesn't have 3 hits of armour cause I believe any character in the game has 3 hits of armour... you can either backdash the Armour, hit at the last frame cause the armour is gone or stay out of range.
