KP is the reason they have such elite spacing on the floor on offense and bails out everyone on defense. He averages 20 points, 8 boards and 2 blocks but ya, who cares about that 😂💀
I really hope my C's win it all because I'm tired of this rhetoric. Although, if we do win, they're going to say we had a cakewalk to the championship. So annoying.
I mean, that's the reality... they played the Heat down two starters, one who is known to elevate in the playoffs, and the Cavs down a starter who is their 3rd best player, and Mitchel who was their best player was gone for half the series. I heard so many people staing the same thing about the Bucks for winning a few years ago saying they only won due to injuries so the same thing applies for Boston. They shoul win in 5 maybe 6 but if they don't win the ring, it's a massive failure given their regular season success and the fact that they are the #1 top team across the league. They are heavy favorites. I just don't know if they have been challenged enough in the playoffs, partially due to injuries for whoever wins the West.

That's the way the media works, it's all about making a story.
They have no excuse not to be in the finals. The best starting lineup in the NBA, sufficient bench pieces and having a fairly easy run with two injury ridden teams with their best players being out. If they lose, it’s probably because they did choke and play poorly because how else could you explain a dominant team just failing.

If you wanna be a good regular season team, that comes up short when it matters the most, then by all means, ride it out.

If your goal is to win championship(s), you can’t do the same thing over & over, & expect different results.
Once Tatum gets paid, it’s gonna be harder to build around him & Brown.
With how easy of a path to the finals the Celtics have this year, there’s no excuse for not winning the championship (even without Porzingis).
