Ribosomes in RER form enzymes of lysosome(enzyme is a protein) then it's transfer to golgi apparatus to be be condsed and labeled then it's packaged into lysosomal vesicle (secretory vesicle) to fuse with late endosome forming a mature lysosme with it's hydrolysis enzymes.as I understood 😊
