全然警察官に囲まれた動画がないですね。タイトルと違いますね。
あの後、実は囲まれて「苦情が入っているので、やめてもらえますか」と離れないので別に法律に違反しているわけではないけど、退去しました。さすがに絵的にはよくないので、カットしましたが。

警察に囲まれた映像乗ってないのであればタイトル変えた方が良いのでは？
囲まれたのは事実としても映像にないのですからタイトルに警察と出す必要性がわかりません。釣りたいのかな？
