At the end, all the performers hug. Looks like they all knew it was shutting down, and I'm really happy they made some friends along the way. Neat.
I just realized: The Jedi Master is probably the only one in the park employer with a beard!

There isnt anything against beards anymore. If you come into work with a beard already, you're fine. You just cant be all stubbly trying to grow one while you work there
First off, it's probably a fake beard from the costume department that they make for certain characters/actors. Secondly, Disney lifted the new beard rule I think a few years ago. Cast members and actors can have beards as they as they are kept neat and nice. Some of the cast members had complained about shaving in the past as well as some men having "baby faces" and eventually they allowed it into affect. It was mostly written down in Walt's era where not having a beard was a good thing, but times have changed.
While this is sort of cheesy and I must admit the cast members sound like they've done this a few too many times to still enjoy it, I gotta admit I would have freaking loved this when I was a kid and I'm kinda sad that more kids won't get to have their Star Wars experience.

Aw man, memories. I got to be a part of this when I was seven. Right around when the show started, I believe. Sure it's cheesy, but at the time, it was the coolest thing ever.
Too bad about it leaving, but I suppose it's kind of an artifact of a bygone era. Hopefully it'll come back for Galaxy's Edge someday.

I was lucky to be in it once when I was little, back in 2007 when it was still brand new. I was 11 then, and I faced Darth Maul! 👍😢

Watching the kids' faces when they believed they were actually lifting the stage using the force was PRICELESS. I stopped any time I was walking by just to watch kids feel empowered. I miss that.
So excited for Galaxy's Edge. Also, I was thinking if there could be a Jedi training for all ages at Galaxy's Edge once it's open. Same thing for Hollywood Studios.

I wish this existed when I was little it would have been a dream come true.
I did this with my friends every summer for the last four years, I’m sad to see it go! It was very fun to grow up with it, my friends always loved it and I’ve been the only one to not have to lie about my age to get in 😂 I hope that they alter the story and re open it in Star Wars Land!
Going to Disneyland today, I will probably watch this for the last time.

What will replace it! I personally hope they bring back the Buzz Lightyear show, as I LOVED it as a kid, and was disheartened to know that it was replaced.
This is weird. No doubt a fun thing for kids to do, but the cast members really sound bored and phoned in. I think the Marvel SHIELD one is better (though I don't like that show either) Also... that Yoda... no. So, I'm glad it's going away. I wonder if live music will return to the Tomorrowland stage or if they'll use it for another one of these interactive things.

The Disneyland version never felt like Star Wars.I only day that because of 5he backdrop.at Hollywood studios its Star wars themed lol nowadays Hollywood studios feels more like a Star Wars park then anything

Yes, it's still there.
Cast members have many different roles, so they most likely will get moved to another performance attraction.
