This is what worked for me. Go to Settings, Device Preferences, Date and Time, and turn on Use Network Provided Time. Then reboot TV and finally my internet connected. Also for Android TVs make sure that the software is up to date by going to Settings, Device Preferences, About, System Update. Do this at least once a month.
This actually worked for me. I forgot a couple months ago I manually set the time on the TV because the one it shows is always wrong. That's the oddest thing that me changing that one thing made it to where the TV can connect to the wifi but not the internet. Thanks for pointing it out! Saved me some money because I was really about to get rid of this damn thing

The first method worked for me. I don't have a power button on my Philips TV so I unplugged the power cable and reconnected it to the outlet. When the tv rebooted, it was automatically connected to the previous network that was giving me "authentication error". Thank you!

My smart tv the one are connected but go out from internet some times and i have to go to wifi settings close and open and then it work again Anyone who know why or i will go back with the tv

(Philips smart tv )I cannot click the wifi option on tv tha tv just show wired option only so can't connect the wifi how can i fix the problem
My internet on the philips comes and goes. Sometimes it works great and others not at all. Using static ip. Very upsetting.
