i wish something (magnetic) and one of the abilitys be something like tresh lamp, giving speed for those walking towards, slowing those walking allway and pulling static enemies
I love the feedback this comment is getting, I'm glad that there are so many people on the same page. Now the only trick is to get riot to hear about this suggestion. A lot of really solid ideas here.
I'd like one that can provide his entire team access to bonus items, that depended on the dwarfs score, abilities used or objectives only he can achieve achieved throughout the game
sounds really nice but would be nearly impossible to balance worst case scenario would just be the necessity for the whole team to feed the dwarf to leech off of that mechanic. This is pretty much impossible in solo q. The flipside would be too easy access, resulting in the items becoming either too easily obtained while being good, or being useless overall
I hope they come back to the evil druid w/buffs concept. I've always liked the idea of a support that gets by by making his allies stronger - The kind of guy who would say "Leave it to me to make this a fair fight", and just make you a total badass. Having that price be some of YOUR power later also sounds like a cool character concept. "Sure, I'll make you strong enough to get your daughter out from that car... But it'll be the last thing you ever lift." Like a deal with the devil sorta thing; the game already has a Grim Reaper. Admittedly it's kinda close to Tahm Kench in terms of story and themes, but it could be differentiated a bit. Like, for example, Tahm Kench is just an evil sadistic bastard, but this evil druid could see himself as a genuinely helpful guy, just makin' people's lives better in exchange for something they didn't care about anyway.
They should totally make some kind of mage or support that can use enemy buffs for themselves (not the jungle buffs but ability buffs). I think it would be amazing cause you can use things like magic shields, Kayle ult, heals, etc. on yourself and make awesome plays. It's a really good idea imo but I just wish the rest of the kit wouldn't be boring (especially the passive. DEAR GOD NO MORE 3-4 HIT PASSIVES PLEASE)
That first part alone would make him either OP or subpar depending on the enemy team. Stealing buffs should really not be a thing. Maybe a buff cleanse effect would work, though. (Not sure because that would counter champions like Olaf, Kayle, Tryndamere or even Singed really hard.)
saloosh777 Bad idea. First of all why buffs? Abilities I would understand but there aren't even that many buffs in the game, the majority being simple attack speed buffs, most of them synergize with their own kit and are usually useless on a completely irrelevant champ. Second, shields are not buffs, they're simply abilities.
Lucius But clearly, Riot would think a buff cleanse is boring which is true and even more OP. Besides, you already have a support on both teams and you can take their shields/buffs/whatever for half duration or something. The idea itself is interesting if done right but it could be crap or OP depending on what you do with the rest of the kit.
I randomly started watching these videos, and hey, a part of your idea came live with Sylas xd, he steal enemy champs' ultimates in case you no longer play league
I think a cool concept (honestly no idea how it's work) would be a character that is rooted to one place on the map (like spawn) and can cast global support or small damage subtractions or something. Then for an R, the character could unroot themselves and gain more offensive abilities and become a kinda bruiser until after a time they become rooted in place where they ended. It'd probably be really crappy, but I'd love to see a concept like this make it to LoL
I think there should be a champion who's a buffing support. But not to the team. The structures. They can repair damaged turrets. Up their stats. Like they could make them have a shield or spikes that cause damage to those who hit. Their ultimate could be they restore one that was destroyed.
Totally a white president it's kinda funny that taliyah is one of my mains and whenever I play her people say she is broken af, with her q spam and one shots (totally not true, her w is near impossible to land and after spamming q it becomes super weak)
Hmmm, an ivern top with the right jungle could be very strong, you mark your buff and if possible krugs to start and take a rune like aftershock or grasp, you aid your jg clear and can work in tandem for strong ganks and map pressure my speeding up his clear- grasp could work because he is full range now and his shield can be very strong+ daisy gives him teamfight and turns duels into 2v1s like yorik-
"a more defensive tibbers" no i'd say when ivern 1v1's an adc early game with daisy's high damage, knockup and synergy with ivern's e and q that e's pretty dang offensive
what about a champion that steals gold from his enemy's and if he steals 10,000 gold he can buy a item that instantly makes his team win. also losing 25% of his current gold on deaths.
Such an original design ! *Riot HQ* " guys, i've been playing dota 2 for a few days, we need to make a druid like theirs - yeah but familiar would be too hard to make because of our game system - mmm right. Let's cross it with the Treant Proctor-thingy, two steals in one ! :D "
Are you seriously implying Valve invented the concept of tree-like creatures or the druid archetype? What are you referring by "familiar"? The concept of a druid? Lone Druid's True (Bear) Form ability? And what does any of this have to do with the game systems of either game? Also, neither Treant Protector nor Lone Druid are similar to Ivern, in terms of personality, character or even story. In fact, they're all VASTLY different from each other, in these terms.
For starters, I'm not implying anything, I'm stating that saying "how original" is stupid because Yvern is not original. His design is inspired by the treants of warcraft and the druid charactere exists in a lot of other games, I took for example dota because of the history of stolen heroes / abilities / design (cf: pandragon) like Ashe being a ripoff of Drow Ranger. Nothing in Yvern is new except for the "friend with the jungle monsters" mecanic, hell, his ult is Annie's with Braum's passive.
I remember seeing the concept art for Ivern very early. It was about a month before his release if I remember correctly. Perhaps after Kled's release. Personally I would have much rather seen the form of a wicked druid whom was, well, Like was explained in the video. I would also Like to see a champion who is a complete counterpart to Ivern but is still a druid. Perhaps he would have a few special interactions with Ivern like a nasty Taunt. He's cool, but he just isn't for me.
No druids? Nidalee, Maokai, Elise, Zyra, Brand do somewhat fit the archetype. No, rito just has got some awesome creative people following dumb people's orders.
You can call druid a peaceful being which cares about nature and best solutions to do not harm anyone who cames from it. Nidalee is just a wild animal who protect her territory with deadly results. I could call Rengar more human than her. If she have powers from wild that doesn't mean she's druid.
Kat www.surrenderat20.net/p/current-pbe-balance-changes.html#balance1 "Triggerseed (E) - Mana cost increased to 70 from 50 Slow reduced to 40/45/50/55/60% from 70% at all ranks." nope
Lulu could be one but seems like she sees the world at the way different angle that druid should be watching from. It's more magician stuff. So Lulu would probably fail at being a druid after becoming one.
The Ivern in the background missing 80% of his Q has tilted me so hard
I really wish riot would make a psychic and telekinetic support champ.
There are so many possibilities for one in the game.
Syndra but as a support?
"No Twitch you are going over THERE"
Iivaitte Or like a puppeteer. Pushing and pulling around champions and stuff
i wish something (magnetic)
and one of the abilitys be something like tresh lamp, giving speed for those walking towards, slowing those walking allway and pulling static enemies

Iivaitte ditto
A dwarven champion would be cool
I'd like one that can provide his entire team access to bonus items, that depended on the dwarfs score, abilities used or objectives only he can achieve achieved throughout the game
We have Gragas
It´s a Dwarf.... kinda...
dwarven -rearange letters = draven w
iluminardi konfrmd
illuminardi de caprio
sounds really nice but would be nearly impossible to balance
worst case scenario would just be the necessity for the whole team to feed the dwarf to leech off of that mechanic. This is pretty much impossible in solo q.
The flipside would be too easy access, resulting in the items becoming either too easily obtained while being good, or being useless overall
It would be cool for a champ that can tranform to another form based on what lane
I hope they come back to the evil druid w/buffs concept. I've always liked the idea of a support that gets by by making his allies stronger - The kind of guy who would say "Leave it to me to make this a fair fight", and just make you a total badass.

>Boosting an ally would be boring
>Lets give him tibbers instead
What the fuck are they smoking
As a support main I love the idea of makeing my allies a god
Daisy stampede when nobody is watching.
I love how a the story of a champion’s iterations become their lore, riot has done this to several champ and it’s just so cool
So, not a lot of people is enjoying Ivern's gameplay and Jeremy aspects some buffs... Riot nerfing him next patch.
Ivern is like a Nunu (was nerfed too), does nothing, but still wins the game for his team, can only be used by pros remember !
Drill my butthole senpai ! I'm not saying otherwise, I just found funny Jeremy thinks he's getting buffs.
pretty likely he started making this video around his release when ivern had bad stats
potatoes are always watching

As a support main for the last 3-4 seasons going to Jungle now, this guy has been so fun.
HIPPIE IVERN SKIN PLZ
OmG yEs
what JEREMY could have been

the only problem with that kind of champ is....who wants to play like a fking tree while the rest of the team is having fun :D
I think there should be a champion who's a buffing support. But not to the team. The structures. They can repair damaged turrets. Up their stats. Like they could make them have a shield or spikes that cause damage to those who hit. Their ultimate could be they restore one that was destroyed.
cool info man you are really into these little known facts about development. That's why I like your channel tbh keep up the good work!
he is actually getting super nerfed next patch, which is sad because im pretty sure he will fall to taliyahs or azir lvl, totally useless
FeelsBadMan
Totally a white president fk, i started maining him:( fk u riot u dont nerf rengar or kha and u nerf my poor friend
Totally a white president it's kinda funny that taliyah is one of my mains and whenever I play her people say she is broken af, with her q spam and one shots (totally not true, her w is near impossible to land and after spamming q it becomes super weak)
azir (in the right hands) is among the top 10 best champs in the game... he's just THE hardest champ to get even moderately good at...
Taliyah has like 60% IF YOu have over 100 games played lmao
Ivern my boy... best champ in the game.. super op and my personal favorite tree man.
Hmmm, an ivern top with the right jungle could be very strong, you mark your buff and if possible krugs to start and take a rune like aftershock or grasp, you aid your jg clear and can work in tandem for strong ganks and map pressure my speeding up his clear- grasp could work because he is full range now and his shield can be very strong+ daisy gives him teamfight and turns duels into 2v1s like yorik-
I think the concept of stealing an opponents stats and giving them to your ally would work on a hextech champion.
12:17 Iverns the one,Dont kill for fun,he don't need a gun to get respect up on the jungle.
"a more defensive tibbers" no i'd say when ivern 1v1's an adc early game with daisy's high damage, knockup and synergy with ivern's e and q that e's pretty dang offensive
watch him get fat because of dat pizza
i 100% love how Ivern is so... nice.
Ivern was a conquistador
Then he chopped some magic tree and that tree made him the "greenfather"
i cant listen to your videos at its normal speed, its too slow, so i speed it up (150%) and i like it
Good Video Jeremy.
Didnt know that much about Ivern.
Ty for showing us.
1:50, so.... darach from teen wolf
I think riot should work on a blue red buff anation on every champ when is killed.
what about a champion that steals gold from his enemy's and if he steals 10,000 gold he can buy a item that instantly makes his team win. also losing 25% of his current gold on deaths.
this would be on the lines of a tank support and he cannot get cs for himself, and can denied enemy cs with killing his own minions with an ability.
My thoughts When daisy is chasing me as an adc: No, daisy, please
Such an original design !
*Riot HQ*
" guys, i've been playing dota 2 for a few days, we need to make a druid like theirs
- yeah but familiar would be too hard to make because of our game system

didnt really steal nothing from the druid doe
Yeah just the concept of having a druid that's friend with animals
Are you seriously implying Valve invented the concept of tree-like creatures or the druid archetype?

feykroTV - Ivern*
"We need a druid." "Udyr." "Oh."

You have that in WoW at Valsharah zone when Xavius turned druids into nightmares.
DAISY ISNT VIOLENT SHE JUST WANTS HUGS

WHATS UP JEREMY ITS GUYS ME.
It sounds like he listened to the podcast.
so that's why on the wiki there is a crossed out name, Ivern the cruel
when ivern was a man he was nicknamed the cruel

No druids? Nidalee, Maokai, Elise, Zyra, Brand do somewhat fit the archetype. No, rito just has got some awesome creative people following dumb people's orders.
Wait... You just call them druids? For real...?
am i the only one who almost sleep cuz his voice?
*insert overused "illuminatti confirmed" meme here* 7:00
Would Nidalee technically be a druid? She has traps, damage and she turns into an animal.
You can call druid a peaceful being which cares about nature and best solutions to do not harm anyone who cames from it. Nidalee is just a wild animal who protect her territory with deadly results. I could call Rengar more human than her. If she have powers from wild that doesn't mean she's druid.
oh shit i just remembered that there is a champion named taliah in lol

nope
Bradley West Oh I didnt see that xD Poor tree dude... he was already getting alot of hate for the fact that he doesnt deal enough damage...
Wasn't Lulu already a druid character?
Lulu could be one but seems like she sees the world at the way different angle that druid should be watching from. It's more magician stuff. So Lulu would probably fail at being a druid after becoming one.
