Hello I just got a prime go and am using your guide on how to import music library into engine dj but for some reason the drag and drop feature is not working!! In addition to this I am a bit confused on the prime go and denon customer support is not the best. Is there anyway we can talk about this over instagram message or somewhat? Would love to ask you some questions and really get to understand my board and the software!

The pots have a huge deadzone in the center :S Making FX sweet a bit harder. And the rotary encoders are very sensitive / light. I head from multiple people that they are sending theirs back because of those issues. On the positive, people starting modding traktor and allowing for some nice mappings. They change the .qml files and for example remove the mixer section in case you don't need it. Or deck selection without having to replug the unit :D A nice box is cool, but I rather have one with recycled paper. You open it one time.
