    HEY! Be sure to try the 50 tooth sprocket on the rear. The previous owner of my ‘19 had installed the 47 because he used the bike for commuting on the street. Luckily he gave me the stock one when I bought it. I installed it and liked it better instantly. Just much torquey-er off road.

    Change that front tire. It is a known issue for washing out. Popular choice is the Shinko 241 4 x 18

    I got a Tw200 as my first (well 2nd technically) bike. (1st is a Suzuki RV90, hardly a real bike)
    But I love finding videos like this. Those Trails are gorgeous, and ride safe out there!

      Yeah the back of my truck was full of stuff at that time, just didn't make sense to unload everything just to load up the bike to only drive it down the road 4 minutes.

    Nice choice for a first bike brother. Lots to learn every ride. Get some gear on and it'll give more confidence to try unfamiliar stuff. Keep pushing man, I know there'll be plenty of smiles everyday while exploring!

    "Upgraded rear sprocket?" Upgraded in what why: more teeth for dirt riding, or fewer teeth for the highway?

    • @escapingthegrind7000
      @escapingthegrind7000  3 роки тому

      It has a 47t installed on it now, I am working on a video right now ill be uploading in a day or two, I have the stock Sprocket and after today's right I'm considering putting the stock one on lol. I do mostly trail riding

    • @jimbrewster9352
      @jimbrewster9352 3 роки тому

      @@escapingthegrind7000 the way you ride 47 tooth sprocket is fine the stock would give you more torque at lower rpm... but maybe you would like just leaving it idle and just steer.... if your tach could read negative rpms you'd be fine... driving too slow can also not be good for a cycle... anywho.... good luck but your video's kinda like watching paint dry...

      @@escapingthegrind7000 I put my 1st 1000miles on mine and switched it to a 47T rear. (but I don't have a truck or trailer to tow my bike) I ride it to the trails, and I honestly spent a ton my my trail time in 2nd gear with the stock just to go a decent speed, and having to down shift for certain areas got annoying. With the 47T I feel much better just camping out in 1st gear, I get a little more on the top end without red-lining it and generally enjoy it more. Although I should note i only ride trails like in this video, nothing super technical and rarely single track.

    • @escapingthegrind7000

    Hey man that is great! you got yourself what I call "your forever bike" you had your first ride on an ICON of motorcycles and you purchased it at the same time. Wow man I'm telling you I have ridden all kinds of bikes in my like, from the fastest to the slowest. I purchased a 2021TDUB this year and your right hard to get that's for sure. Anyway people put ATV tires on that bike and do all kind of things to the bike sky is the limit for that bike. I have ridden on highway only several miles cruising approximately between 60-65 mph and you know it was not bad comfortable not bad at all. Yes do get the racks I got front and back carry a lot with the racks and they look good. I enjoyed your video ride safe take care.
