For that back patio, drainage that bad makes you wonder if the designer/architect behind that house has a history of failings like that, or if this was one that just slipped through the cracks, because that isn't just shameful, it's a long-term hazard.

Agreed. Poor work indeed. They must get ice every winter form on the patio surface

The biggest mistake I ever had was blocking my drive. I’ve regretted it ever since. Just constant work and maintenance. Nightmare.

    I Had Same Poblem,
    I Fixed And Sealed Back
With Grout, So After 2 Years
I Opened And I Found Thousands
    Of Roots Under Pavers, Yes
I Did Not Know The Roots Grows
    Without Water.
    Amén.

Wow, fabulous job, I couldn't see any oil stains after that! Well, done. Is there a stone cleaner that I can buy to deal with green stains that are still, there after I have pressure washed? Best wishes Christine x

@@christinetaylor6897 You Only Need To Buy A Pressure Washer With Honda Motor GX390 And 4.0 GPM And Put Degreaser In The Tank If You Want, If Not It Will Clean Same Results Without Detergent…. Why I Recommended You A Good Pressure Washer ??? Because Most Brands Are Garbage.

I think you did the right thing by cleaning it first and seeing where the oil stains are afterwards. I love your videos buddy… my favourite jet washer in England

@@rayleighjetwashing thank you, where did you buy yours from... looking at buying a JCB pressure washer which is 4000 psi 276 bar , and 15 LPM fitted with a AR pump, not sure if it will last has long as Honda version,
But it's only £1000, do you think it's worth the extra money for the Honda???

    • @rayleighjetwashing
      @rayleighjetwashing  3 місяці тому

You won't be able to run anything more than a 14 inch surface cleaner on a 15lpm machine. I don't know that machine to be honest mate. I wouldn't buy anything personally that wasn't a honda or briggs and stratton pressure washer. You pay more but your have it for 3-5 years minimum with very little maintenance. And the parts are easy to find. Good luck buddy

Could you not have used the surface cleaner rather than the lance on the pavements? Would the surface cleaner not be as effective?
What dilution of SH did you use on the wall? Great job.
      Thanks
