Finally someone that doesn't straight crap on Bailu, she's so underrated, I have all the limited sustains and I STILL use her quite a bit, the damage reduction, rez, HP boost and her tankiness is just so darn nice, she's the reason I cleared all of Swarm before Fu Xuan came out, she was the one staple on all the path clears I did. Edit: Good choice, I love Himeko :) and she keeps getting better!
Question not argument: Can Bailu save from one shots? the content now feels like YOU MUST have Fu Xuan in every team or the enemies will kill most of your team in 2-3 hits. Can Bailu save you from that? Her healing from skill is rng and her ultimate doesn't cleanse like Lynx
@@user-tr1se1qu8x tbh fu xuan only feels mandatory in Gold and Gears (the only way I've found to beat conundrum 4+ without her is some cheesy strats with remembrance, or the capitalist company strat or infinite ults loop, etc.) In moc she's not necessary imo. I can still keep up perfectly fine even with natasha in moc 11-12

The only situation in which I would strongly advise against using Bailu is when there are a lot of opponents capable of crowd control. (Kafka, Cacolia, Ebon Deer, Aurumaton Gatekeeper, and the Ice out of Space)
I have a e1 himeko but wasn't planning to ever build her honestly but pure fiction convinced me she can be amazing in at least one game mode so i'll be building her
love to see another Himeko enjoyer. I actually got Himeko 3 times, once each on the beginner banner, losing 50/50, and on the standard banner. I invested a lot into her because I wanted to honor the og Himeko, even if it's in another universe.
I envy you, I’ve got 2 yanqings so far, a clara that isn’t built at all, a bailu that isn’t built, and a Gepard that I’m building, after about 230 pulls. I JUST WANT BRONYA. Definitely choosing bronya if I don’t get her before the 300.
I run a DoT team with Kafka, Black Swan (Signature Light Cone) Gepard and E4 Tingyun. 277 wishes on standard banner, and when i reach 300, no hesitation: i‘ll instantly pick Clara without a second thought, if i don't get her before. And even if i get her before, i‘ll choose her again for her good E1. She‘s the character that made me want to start playing the game and one of my favorite. Although i don't know how well she‘ll fit in my DoT team. Also i got Clara‘s signature Light Cone since 6 months already and i ascended it to lvl 70 while pre-farming Clara‘s talents and ascension materials.
Bailu minus is only lacks of cleanse. I'd suggest dev can make relic that cleanse debuff when heal allies. If that day come, most account that loss 50/50 to Bailu gonna stonks. Imagine got cleanse and revive at the same time at E0. 😍. I'll put in my next survey come.
I have 10 E6 heroes and good legendary characters. Welt E2 did not take the hero for 300 jumps. But I still can't close 12 mirrors, and go through difficult modes in the game. It seems I'm not good at building and teams. ;(
I got gepard because he was the only one i didnt have, i had no copies of characters, but i got gepard lc and then 5 pity after i got clara, which made my choice to get from 300 gepard.

i have baiulu e2 just from loosing my 50/50 i got himeko fro my 300 tickets becouse i alredy have most of the stanadr 5 stars the only one i was missing were gepard, himeko and yaqing and i chosed himeko no to hope to get gepard next time i do a stanard pull
I chose e1 clara because my dream in this game is to get e6 clara... Unfortunely, game gave me yanqing as first 5*, then immediately got his e1 in a week within launch, and then got his light cone on 1.1, the game really wanted me to be a yanqing main. Unfortunately, I dont like yanqing. How I wish all my yanqing copies were clara copies instead...
I got ruan mei and loss the 50/50 on blades banner, I got bronya from that loss,and another bronya from the starter banner.... I got blade after 4 pity..... I'm level 37 currently Beginners luck.

I mean you already have lynx and natasha for sustain luochas re run should be comming soon most likely with sparky. And its arguable that bailu is already power crept with fu xuan as shes busted luocha is also pretty strong. Meanwhile welt is finding footing with having ruan mei and a perma slow with max speed. In the end its your choice but Bailu to me has already fell off. Lynx being a amazing 4 star alternative cleanse and can have a ton of eidolons depending when you got her. In the end it depends on who your most invested it and how you like her.

Right now she’s only weak to 2 enemies, which is Kafka and the new woman auromaton because she cannot cleanse when needed, but you have Lynx for that. Her pure healing is good enough to solo sustain true sting easily, even againts DoTs barrage from it. From my experience 4* healers still struggles from it. Limited 5 star sustain will make the game easier, but it doesn’t mean you’re forced to pull them, Gepard/Lynx/Bailu is really enough for now.
FYI where Yanqing kept getting pushed down the tier list, Himeko (& Welt) are moving UP as new characters and content gets released. Himeko's first little boost up the tier list was when Topaz released. And now an even bigger boost because of Pure Fiction. Welt moved up a bit because of his synergy with Ruan Mei where both of them alone can lock mobs out of TURNS. Not 1 turn, not 2, but multiple turns. And now with Dr. Ratio being free for everyone, Welt will shoot up in the tier list and usage even more. That's a W for fans of those characters and Honkai Impact 3rd.
Im not picking Bronya either. I have Ruan Mei and am guaranteed for Sparkle. Bronya would just be benched for the rest of my days playing star rail. Going for welt for the debuffs.

Hot take time If you have E0 Broyna and E1 Welt I’d personally go for E2 Welt his E1/2 are just broken and let’s be real here Broyna is good enough at E0 and her E1 has a 50% chance to do nothing. I dont care what anyone says im takign yanqing i started playing a fee days after release and i saw yanqing and wanted him i never got him i quit so im lost on the current metablike sparkle dan heng acheron etc till about a week ago i came back pulled on jinglius current banner lost to himeko thats e1 so i didnt get her and im f2p so thats annoying so ima take yanqing over anyone so unless i get hin befote i get to 300 ima take him if u get gim before i take bronya
As an owner of E1 Himeko and E1 Bronya, I think both of them are amazing! Bronya E1 is a massive sp generator with her LC. And Himeko's E1 is good because I could ran her on Atk boots early game. When I hit 300 pulls I had to pick Welt because I had his LC but not him. But those 3 are still a great option! I wouldn't even be able to decide if I was in your situation
clara e1 is nuts...why are we brushing over that?...clara skill is at least 40k per marked target...for a pure aoe skill that's nuts and to have that be perma uptime isn't something to sneeze at imo.
It doesn’t really do a lot to the main target considering we’re building her slow, they would just attack Clara again in between that time frame. and tiny mobs would just die from her counter attack cleaves. I’ve had her E1 for ages and i don’t think it’s that big of a deal.

Bronya, Clara or Geppard. If you get all three of those before 300, then you can pull Himeko or Welt. Bronya is top priority.
