Hey Rich, I stopped cleaning my house years ago so I have more time to sleep. I also don't have any lights because the darkness stimulates GH production. I have a toilet but I prefer to piss right outside my house. Recently, I had some cleaning ladies come over which I'm beginning to regret. I did at one point expose my raging hard on to them, which definitely hung lower than my balls. Then I went to Target and bought some economical items that should help me live a better quality of life, but I'm afraid its bringing me back to humanity, which I left years ago. Am I still a 5%er?

@Someone Junior It can reduce REM in favour of Deep sleep during your first cycle or two of sleep. The benefits vastly out-weight the good. Not sleeping enough/not sleeping deeply, which is common in bodybuilders from steroid use, is farrrrrr worse.
