Thank you for this video :) I am used to an old school Nissan Leaf. If the Leaf isn't plugged in when I start the preheating, it will run for 15 minutes before automatically turning off to avoid wasted battery use. If it's plugged in, it will run up to 2 hours if I forget to turn it off / don't start the car. What about the Kona? How long will the preheating run for, unplugged vs plugged in?
Great video. I was just wondering if the car continued to charge while it was deicing and you’ll have a full battery to start the drive or if it will effect the mileage when you start driving.
I’m really sorry and it might be a bit a translation issue. Can you just ask me that or phrase it slightly differently I just don’t understand the question, apologies, I know I should probably understand it!
@@angelapassmore5118 glad you like it ! This is how you set up defrosting ua-cam.com/video/OtnHRw6cp3g/v-deo.htmlsi=RCw-PW6TfHOnOk8Z but for some reason it’s specific to the full electric cars only right now .. thanks again for watching !

I don’t believe so although it’s better to use the house electricity to defrost the car , then you have 100% starting the journey , thanks for watching 🙂👍

nice video brian very cold here great for defrosting the car with the bluelink
🙂👍
Is bluelink available as standard on the 2023 39kw kona kauai executive model ?
Unfortunately not, do you have to go to the Premium specification with the 10.25 inch screen! 🙂
This is useful information unfortunately mine is not working for some reason it keep saying failed to connect
Is any part of your BlueLink app working ???

Hello! Is it possible to turn the heated seat on remotly?
I’m unsure . I will check when we reopen next week , good question by the way 🙂
Okay, I have looked into this .. Unfortunately it does not appear to be possible to do this from the app 😔
Can you preheat the Phev Tucson with bluelink?
Unfortunately not .. only available on EV at the moment
Hi, I've just purchased the new Tucson Plugin and activated the Bluelink. How do I set it up to defrost my car?
I don’t think that’s available on plug in .. at the moment I believe it’s only the EV that has that option 🙂
@doolanbrian thank you Brian for responding. I was REALLY hoping it had that capability lol. Still... LOVING the new car! Thanks 😊

Does the car need to be plugged in for this?
