Since just before the last election, the Australian dollar has lost 18% against the US dollar. That means just about everything we import costs more; petrol, cars, computers, solar panels, clothing, machinery, sporting goods, footware, etc - pushing up inflation. It also makes it more expensive for Australians to travel overseas. And it makes it easier for foreign raiders to buy up Australian property. it's just another sign of Australia's economic weakness under Albanese and the insane pursuit of Net Zero.

I do not like unions, public transport, govt and everything else, but in this case its brilliant move. Hamsters must understand at last that its too expensive to gather millions of them just for entertainment. They must pay. And begin at last to do something useful, not just enjoy lifestyle and vote for free circuses.
People were stranded for half the night last nye and were struggling to get ubers etc. The train stations had all their toilets locked and blocked off. They dont deserve anything more the selfish greedy buggars.

Train drivers don't control the Toilet opening times. That is management who would be on way higher salaries.
