《生酮大阪燒》
Part A 燒汁 Keto Okonomiyaki Sauce
材料:
蘋果醋 - 1湯匙
生抽 - 2湯匙
番茄膏 - 2湯匙
羅漢果糖 - 1.5湯匙
= 拌勻
Part B材料:
椰菜 - 160克,切絲
雞蛋 - 3隻
紅姜絲 - 2湯匙
鰹魚碎 - 3克
杏仁粉 - 45克
洋車前子殼粉 - 10克
鹽、白胡椒粉 - 適量
= 拌勻
其他材料:
煙肉
紫菜碎、Mayo、鰹魚碎 - 各適量
做法:
將Part A材料拌勻成醬汁,備用。
將 Part B材料拌勻。
鑊內下油加熱,下煙肉,然後放上椰菜漿,加蓋,以中火煎煮3-5分鐘。然後翻轉,再加蓋煮多幾分鐘,煮至兩邊金黃色及熟透。
上碟,塗上生酮燒汁,再唧上Mayo,最後灑上紫菜和鰹魚碎。

Okonomiyaki
Part A 燒汁 Keto Okonomiyaki Sauce
Ingredients:
Apple cider vinegar - 1Tbsp
Soy sauce - 2Tbsp
Tomato paste - 2Tbsp
MonkFruit sugar - 1.5Tbsp
= mix well
Part B Ingredients:
Cabbage - 160g, shredded
Egg - 3 nos
Red pickled ginger - 2Tbsp
Bonito flakes - 3g
Almond flour - 45g
Psyllium husk - 10g
Salt & White pepper
= mix well
Other ingredients:
Bacon
Seaweed
Mayo
Bonito flakes
Directions:
Mix ingredients A together for form a sauce, set aside.
Mix ingredients B together.
Heat oil in a pan, put bacon in it and put the mixed veggies on top, cover with a lid and cook for 3-5 mins.
Remove the lid, turn the pancake over and cover the lid, cook for another few mins until it’s fully cooked.
Remove from the pan, spread the sauce on top and drizzle with mayo. Top with seaweed and bonito flakes.
