- In this video i am trying to explaining about different types of pressure Transducers using in HVAC systems. A pressure transducer is a device which converts an applied pressure into a electrical signal. mostly there are three transducers using in chillers 1) suction pressure transducer 2) discharge pressure transducer 3) oil pressure transducers . some of the chiller using economizer transducer also.

We can say simple definition of transducers.
Transducer is a electronic device which is also installed in liquid line even off measures the pressure outlet of evaporator and inlet of compressor as the montring of refrigerate flow of control through the expansion valve ...that is the function of transducer

Let you check is it running on half load or full load, + check cooling tower water level, it should be maintained

What type of compressor reciprocating or screw compressor?
Please check the oil differential pressure using with manifold gauge. Oil pressure - suction pressure = oil differential pressure (reciprocating compressor)and compare with chiller display parameters
Low oil pressure reason 1) suction pressure transducer error
2) oil pressure transducer error
3) oil filter block
4) oil heater not working
5)low oil in crankcase
6) liquid flood back
7) compressor mechanical problems

SP=29psi ,DP=220psi and DT=180
Why DP is more it's normal????
Which refrigerant using this chiller? If 134a refrigerant using 220 psi is not normal on 35%load.check pressure with your gauge maybe transducer error if it is Okay then need to check another things

Sir ek maqueway chiller hai usme ek alrm discharge lo superheat aa raha hai iska kaise solve kare
First you make sure all sensors and transducer reading is correct. Discharge superheat low common reason is suction temperature sensor error, suction transducer reading error, discharge temperature sensor error, discharge transducer error, exv open stuck, refrigerant over charged etc.
Carrier chiller 30gt low suction superheat aa raha hai kya problem ho sakta hai
