- In this video i am trying to explaining about different types of pressure Transducers using in HVAC systems. A pressure transducer is a device which converts an applied pressure into a electrical signal. mostly there are three transducers using in chillers 1) suction pressure transducer 2) discharge pressure transducer 3) oil pressure transducers . some of the chiller using economizer transducer also.

compressor starting time there is liquid slugging in oil sight glass but after sometime it's normal oil showing so it's normal ???
Load is normal 30% load EEV 26%
SP=32 DP=192 DT=180
Please check oil heater and liquid line solenoid valve. Oil heater must be on while compressor off position. And make sure while cut of the compressor must be pump down and off the compressor
@@HVACMalayalam liquid line is not normal hot but hot and all rest is normal
When compressor is running with 60% load that time liquid line is normal hot

carrier chiller alarm T114. i changed suction tranducer, and suction temperature sensor,but same complaint happen. what is the problem.i checked error code book.complaint is low suction super heat. what is the solution .please give reply
What is the actual superheat? . check manually . Maybe expansion valve malfunctioning,refrigerant over charge, chilled water flow problem These Things you have to check .
cir A Cir A1 Cir B Cir B2 tandem scroll compressor.cir B B2 condition ok. problem is Cir A and A1.10 minutes running after alarm displaying T 114. Refrigerant R 410. suction 120 discharge 450. electronic expansion valve. I check the book let. T.114 means low suction super heat. i change suction tranducer and suction temperature sensor. but after 10 to 20 minutes same alaram .please give reply.
Bro Low superheat reason is suction temperature sensor, suction transducer, refrigerant overcharge, expansion valve open stuck , low evaporator water flow .check these basic Things .Then again problem let me know. Please send me chiller full model number also.

hello bro. carrier aqua snap chiller T114 alaram.yesterday i discussed with this matter.I changed suction tranducer, suction temperature thermister, expansion valve board, but same complaint is happen. circuit B compressor working ok. Problem is circuit A . when unit starting superheat is 50, then slowly going down and become zero, then trip the unit. some time superheat going to 80 to 90 then tripping the A1 circuit. i dont know what is the complaint. please help
