I am interested in this program as I teach deaf children; however, I cannot share it with other teachers as they are deaf and your video is not captioned.
because there are many variants to those questions, e.g. 'what is/was/will/might/should/could he/she/they/it feeling/feel/felt? so you cannot possibly just choose one. In a therapy activity you wouldn't actually say 'what feel', you would adapt it to the context. It's just easier to say 'what feel' when you're talking about how it works.

Great job !

Excellent
What feel? What like? Seems strange to use poorly structured grammatical cues when teaching grammar.
