- In this plugin Walkthrough I'm looking at the famous API EQ bundle, which is a Universal Audio plugin for UAD cards. The plugin is very well modeled after the original hardware, as most UA-plugins are.
It captures the tonal qualities of the original hardware, including the harmonic distortion caused by it's components.
The legendary API EQ's are well known and beloved equalizer. In this video I'm doing a complete walkthrough.

You boosting the volume by 6-8 db and tell people that it sounds better.
These API eq's are very good, but use the "OUTPUT" knob when making adjustments to match the volume levels.
listen to tonal balance, not loudness. You can reduce headphones volume when he switches.
Yes sir, I'm interested in doing those as well!
Basic mixing theory #2 will be coming up as well.. I am just moving to a new studio so things have been kinda hectic ;)
Please do more reviews on UAD plugins! :D
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS VIDEOS MAN ;)

Massive change in volume... a useless presentation
turn headphones volume every time he A/B.
Puslica, Level matching is an Internet myth and cliche. If you know what you're listening for, you don't need to do it.
