5:25 One of these robots is not like the others. Team metallix in this world has Metal Sonic, Metal Knuckles and.......Metal Amy? Where’s Tails Doll? Is there a possible redemption for this little overused devil that really wasn’t ever evil?
This may just be me trying to cobble-together some form of foreseeable conclusion to this .EXE storyline(one that ISN'T hopelessly grimdark, mind you), but I think that Metal Sonic should've been part of the current plot("original" Metal Sonic, not the one that shows-up here)... I'm thinking that, during their search for a way out, Metal comes across one(or more) of the girls while looking for his master, Exetior having only punted him out of Eggman's base to keep chasing the Doctor, and ends-up following them as they try to make their escape. Maybe they start to bond along the way and Metal starts developing the beginnings of a soul like Gamma did. Then they finally come across Dr.Eggman,now the "demonized" Eggman.EXE, whom Metal mistakenly trusts and gets smashed-up by(either with a personally-piloted mech or with the "New Metal Sonic" we see in this video). The girls somehow manage to grab Metal's damaged body and hide in the room Knuckles.EXE's keeping the Master Emerald(because there's no way in any circle of Hell that he or Exetior *wouldn't* take it back to their evil base) and, after a heartbreaking death scene, leave to find another way out, not noticing the emerald's faint glow or Metal's flickering optics. Maybe have Knuckles.EXE sensing something happening with the Master Emerald and/or Eggman.EXE's machines detecting a MASSIVE energy surge within the base in-between scenes. Later the girls get cornered by Exetior and the .EXEs again and are about to be killed, when suddenly an unidentified, gold-tinted object plows through the room explosively and at blinding speed, knocking back the .EXEs who, after getting their bearings, notice the girls have vanished. Exetior teleports out to investigate. Cut to outside the base and the object smashes through the exterior to reveal Metal Sonic, now super-formed(all-gold and with green eyes) and carrying the girls in his arms as he's rocketing through the air. Then, as Metal sets them down safely, Exetior teleports behind him and attacks. Cue epic showdown between Super Metal Sonic and Exetior(and probably the other .EXEs, too) set to Crush 40's "What I'm Made Of."(because it absolutely HAS to be Crush 40's "What I'm Made Of" and it's awesome damnit!) Cheesy and cliche, I know, but so is Sonic.EXE as a whole.
Highest, since during the ending scene, the main villain gets caught, which results in the Highest erasing Mobius and its inhabitants(Sally, Amy, Cream, etc).

Well i am late but This is getting more complex than i have think. More questions are open. Exetior cames to this timeline in the first story and it ends in some different timelines but why is the world erased if ex.sonic is going to die? Another the different ends are saying it gaves more than one timeline.gives it one too to ask the highest why nobody should know about the arch-demons? And the biggest question if exe sonic hasnt appeared what for an end can or should it give in another timeline? Many questions but too less answers And sorry my english isnt the best.

They may have escaped but they were still in danger they got picked off one by one by who knows what demon.
I think the highests found sonic.exe and killed the whole world at the ending.
