Sector 106 is an upcoming locale in Gurgaon. Daulatabad Main Road that allows the residents to travel within the region and neighboring regions borders this sector 106. Gurgaon Railway Station is the closest rail facility for the residents to travel not only in Gurgaon but also in entire country. A Knowledge Park comprising of many renowned institutes like I.I.T., B.I.T., I.S.B.E. etc. is located closeby. The Buddh International Circuit, best known as a venue for Formula One races is also at a short distance from here. A state of the art Golf Course situated nearby here makes it easy for the connoisseurs of the sport to enjoy the game actively. Apart from this, there are many educational institutes, parks and shopping malls etc. located here that provide various avenues for recreational activities. The area, already fast becoming a favored locality, will soon have more demand as the proposed Metro Station will ease connectivity and save commute time for the residents here.
Dwarka Expressway and upper Dwarka Expressway have come up really well, however, the sector road that connects these two stretches is in really bad shape. Due to potholes, vehicles are getting damaged frequently and we have to spend heavily on fuel as we are forced to take longer detours. Potholes, dust and absence of streetlights make it worse for the commuters,” Chetan Wadhwa, a resident of Imperial Garden
