I would personally encourage anyone who doesn't have a launch monitor or a space to hit real golf balls on a regular basis to get some foam and plastic practice balls. I hit(and am just about to now)foam practice balls nearly every day and nothing, and I mean nothing, has helped my game more. Implement these tips with realistic foam balls and you can't go wrong.

This makes perfect sense to me. If the low point is ahead of the ball then clearly that’s where you should be aiming to bottom out your swing. It’s so obvious really but we all get fixated on hitting the ball. I’ll give this a try tomorrow and I’m hoping for some real results

Great video - very practical and useful! I can totally relate to this working. A teaching pro once gave me a lesson where he had me look at a point about one inch in front of the ball - my swing plane would tend to bottom-out ahead of the ball where I was looking, and I made better contact with the ball and hit fewer fat shots.
