Get ready with me as I create a sunkissed holiday makeup with the Isle of Paradise self tanning drops. They are so easy to use and produce a very natural looking tan.
I'm taking the summer off, so this is the last film before I return in September. There are so many films on the Speed Beauty channel to catch up on, if you miss me.

Thank you, Caroline! So much to absorb there; really useful tips and products and application techniques, as usual. I love how make up can either be the focus or it can compliment/highlight a piece of clothing as the star of the show. I have definitely learned that from watching your channel. Make up is part of your outfit and the colours can enhance or balance your whole look.

I wear contact lenses that sort out my long and short sight. One eye is for reading the other for distance and my brain sorts it out to give great vision for both. Ask your optician. It may work for you. Have a good break x
I have the same problem - seems to kick in over a certain age 😂 - I got seasick and migraines trying odd lenses so bought myself a cheap pair of reading glasses from b&m for £1.50 and I can now read labels and instructions again yay!
I do exactly the same - perfect solution 😃😃😃
My optician has done this for me too. Seems to balance things out OK. Also, it just changed to some extra moist lenses, and they're so comfy.

Oh how beautiful this look is. I love Isle of Paradise drops and apply it at night so I wake up in the morning looking all tanned and healthy looking! Its such a lift isnt it! Another fabulous look Caroline - as always! The Isle of Paradise tan is very natural looking. I have tried the 'Bare by Vogue' tanning mist and it's also very nice, but I will try your method of mixing in with moisturizer/ serum. It's also quite natural looking and I never use tanning products as I feel I look like an OOmpha Loompa with my pale Celtic skin!! Have a great summer break, will miss your Saturday morning videos with my coffee; looking forward to your return in September.. 😄😄💄💄
I love waking up a different shade of what I think is sun kissed but my husband says to me “what shade of pine are you going for today?!”🙄😜
I had a trifocal lens surgery 1,5 year ago. Five weeks ago they made the last top up to remove the astigmatism on the right eye, which was done with laser. At 53 I am now free of glasses - 💕
I love the new ELF Whoa sunscreen with a slight tint and SPF 30 and the Neutrogena Sheer SPF 60 face shield. I hear Bobbi Brown is reformulating their tinted moisturizer. I’m looking forward to that. Enjoy the rest of your summer. Be well!

The Merit foundation is fabulous - even if I don't wear foundation on a particular day, I use it as my concealer. Yes, you can get bi-focal contacts! I wear them and they are great for being able to see when putting on makeup!

mono vision contact lenses have worked beautifully for me for the last 6-7 years. As i've aged ( mid 60s) my natural short sight is great for reading, map reading, sewing etc and i use a lens in the other eye for distance - TV and driving. Less expensive too! Love learning lots from your videos. Next season a brush/tools round up please? Enjoy your well earned hols!

Hi Caroline, like you I’ve had lazer eye surgery but my eyesight got worse as I got older. Varifocal contacts have been amazing for me. I would definitely recommend looking into them
Hi Caroline, glad you have used a VB product. I think the eye shadow sticks and blusher sticks are great. I also love the eyeliners, I know they are slightly smudgable but i think this is great and they are one of the only eyeliners that doesn't make my eyes water!

Another lovely vlog Caroline. I am long and short sighted and wear contacts all the time (hate glasses yep claustrophobic lol). The optician gave me a different lense for each eye . one having high strength and the other medium and they are brilliant can see distance and close up . Hope you get eyes sorted and have a lovely holiday 😘😘

Wow - I am terrified of using faking tan as I don’t like the colour or smell. I also seem to go really dark. That product you used adding to moisturiser was incredible, it gives you control and I might actually try it. You look very pretty and natural. Thank you Caroline. 😊
Hello lovely, I love paradise does a clear spray as well as the serum, I find that’s the best thing for me to do my hands and arms and legs. Thank you for this I’m going to also have a look at the hello Sunday serum, because the mineral SPF makes me look like Casper the ghost’s sister

I loved this look! I use Clarins self tan drops, but do wonder if I maybe look a tad orange 😂 I’ll try the isle of paradise as my skin tone is very similar to yours. Also good tip with application of bronzer, I’ll dump my huge bronzer brush. I’m definitely going to try this look, minus the eye shadow, at 68 I really think I look odd with eye shadow now. Lost without my mascara and corrector on eye lids though. I honestly learn so much from you Caroline , thank you !
I use the Tan Luxe drops but I only use 1 drop in my moisturizer because otherwise I get really orange.

Oooo gorgeous! This week’s shock moment for me was how the smearing of what looked like dog poo all over your eye sockets worked so well 😅 And i learned it’s ok to put everything on in the wrong order - menopause heaven!
I use a big fluffy brush to buff in tan drops and then after washing hands, brush over my hands with the excess.

Hi Caroline, bifocals are life changing honestly, although it can take a few weeks getting used to them. However there is now corrective surgery where they insert a lens in your eye and can correct several issues at once, and then bye bye reading glasses!

Can you recommend a good bronzer / buffing brush that fits inside the ELF putty bronzer pots? Also, a good light reflecting concealer too please! :)
I had my eyes lasered years ago, good for a while but not really effective, ended up with daily disposable contact lenses which are brilliant, multi focal so I can read and see distance too! Added bonus is that my brand have a slight green tinge which enhances my eye colour too!

Hi Caroline, beautiful as ever ❤️. I used IoP drops years back but they really dried my skin, then I noticed alcohol was one of the first ingredients. Shame as the colour was lovely. Funnily enough I bought the Garnier drops today as they were a fiver off in Sainsbury's, no fragrance, no alcohol, very rare, so hoping they're good. I've sadly just changed my lenses back to single vision after having varifocals as they just didn't work for me, I think my eyes need to get worse for them to suit me. Now I can't read anything, it's pants getting old. Have a fab break, see you at the other side x
Yes! I had my eyes lasered when I was about 34 and when I was about 47 I needed glasses for short distances. Now I have bifocals for both long and short. I’ve got contact lenses but just for distance, so can’t read or work in front of computer with them. It is annoying ♥️

Fantastic video with useful tips. I recently had my colour code done with the lovely Anna and do agree that she should write a book with lot of pictures. I would be interested in seeing makeup looks for the various seasons, especially soft autumn seeing as that is what I am. I cannot wear glitter or shiny eyeshadow it just looks dreadful on me no matter what the colour is maybe that is a soft autumn trait?
