That house is well done....those fundis must been pretty cool people unlike what we have been watching on your channel so far. Say for those minor issues all is cool...its good to spend on such reasonable projects.💪💪💪💪
This house is very good. Am impressed by the layout. And hes got lots of room to play with. The kitchen is the problem he needs to improve the size outwards. Isack please ask the client to share the drawings plan for this house.
That space around the bedrooms is very essential. Otherwise you will have a long corridor with doors on both sides. In design, negative space plays a very important role.
Hi Isaac, on the master bedroom just reduce the width of the two small window and increase the height. The client bed can be between the windows. On the other window increase the height. Good work brother
This house needs a creative interior designer to bring out the vision of the architect and client.. especially in the master bedroom, walk in closet, living room, dining room and kitchen..I agree with you on the extension of kitchen... maybe the architect wanted to have an outdoor laundry that's why aliiweka nje... meanwhile let's go with your suggestion to convert it to pantry and be part of indoor kitchen. About the ceiling height itadepend na type of ceiling finish and lights...kama ni gypsum bulkhead na chandeliers then iko low...but if he will opt for the flat gypsum with down lighters then it's okay.. Otherwise hakuna plan perfect coz kila mtu ako na taste yake on everything 😅
Sir,,,give advice on construction of a house in water lodge areas,,,moreso the foundation part,,,,are bricks recommend or darugo stones,,,,pocket consideration 😅
Include plinth area ya nyumba and rooms. Don't remove the two windows. Just enlarge them zikue floor to ceiling. That's the modern way of doing a bedroom.
My only concern is the width of the walls. Is half a brick especially on the outer walls, ( my guess is around 10cm) strong enough to carry the weight of the roof?
Please listen good to this important advice Isaac. You have loyal international subscribers to your channel, yet your usage of English is getting less and less and you are tending to use local language more and more. I'm personally considering unsubscribing and not watching your videos any more because I don't understand anything and I am sure others will follow if they haven't already done so. You could talk say all in English then repeat the parts you need to say in local language.
@@isaac_real_life Thank you for taking that into consideration. You might have not been aware that your channel has attracted some International interested followers who value your content. We are of the mind that all parties will benefit from extending your content to a wider audience.

Ua back porch so that kitchen iwe kubwa.

Great Izoo.I love what you have done and the roof is spot on. I like the way he factored the people with disabilities.

That height is just right. In Nyanza we dont prefer very tall heights. That's the standard one. Nice content anyway 👌

Perfect points here
'Kitchen windows' are called Hatchway. That 'outside pantry' must have been meant to be a Laundry.
