It should be made clear that Sadhguru is not saying Greta Thunberg is wrong in working against government inaction. Just that coming from anger isn't the right approach.
sadhguru's answers are always very novel, throught provoking and at the same time grounding. I will always bow down to that wisdom. In fact, I have searched UA-cam with keyword "Sadhguru about Greta" to know about his wisdom. As described above, as always convincing reply. But, everyone must understand that she is 15 year old girl and in such an age she is worried about well-being of every species including human beings. Who can think about everyone's well-being at that age. That means she is in union with at least Earth and how can it be wrong which is what yoga is all about, which is what everyone trying to be right? and Yeah, about her Anger, its consequences, what can'T be achieved with anger, about the nature of democracy is very clear from this video. Well, she may not understand how democracy works but she can sense that Nature and Human beings are in danger and she is alarming people about it. And if one paid attention to nature he/she could sense what the little girl is trying to say. I would like to take an example from Mahabarat to mention the reason for her anger: When divine krishna can get anger on shishupal and take off his head after committing 100 offenses. Why can't she? This poor girl and WE (every life on Planet Earth) doesn't have time to wait for 100 because there is no time for letting 100 offenses. So, she got angry on 3 on World leaders. Thank god she doesn't have sudharshan chakkar (disc).
Final Thoughts: I understand sadhguru's view and i wish people to come to their senses before it is too late.
If people who don't know about greta work please watch the documentary "I am Greta" to understand what struggles the little girl has to go through to save people and planet and yet ...... I am not here to advocate anyone but all i am telling is come to your senses.

He also depends on the government's cooperation for the success of his programs so he is being practical. God bless his efforts.
It is not Greta, we can fault. It is the faceless elders around her. True, she is young, and the young express themselves in rage. But, Greta will not be a teenager for long, she must be guided to deal with the world, and with herself without getting agitated .That is actually the wiser option.

Climate change is something that has been going on for a long time. If it is real and we act, it can slow down the process, or if it's not real the worse case is we have a cleaner Earth. Scientists who normally say nothing, are shouting from the rooftops but it is still up for debate. The right to free speech is crucial because despite what we deem right or wrong, it is necessary to exchange words for the exchange of thoughts, for the progression of the whole. Now I understand what Sadhguru is saying about being angry and what it does to one's body, however I also acknowledge this young girl's emotion has brought more attention to an issue than all the scientists who have been stressing it for years. Which says alot about America's media. So I can understand a teenager's frustration with a society that chooses to ignore the cheaper, cleaner alternative of solar power in the name of the fossil fuel industry, who are not only using their trillions of dollars to not become like the coal minning companies, but who also use it to buy our politicians who ignore clean energy policies and who give themselves billions in subsidizes of our tax money, all to our demise.

Ah... See i dont, im not trying to approve or disapprove anybody. But I personally dont believe in simply accusing people. Because solutions will not come out of this, this i.. this i learned along time ago.
When i was 16 years old i was angry with everything in the universe alright? I was angry with the politacal systems social systems, family situations religion, ???, injustice that is happening i was angry at everything but then i realized at a certian point that you can produce much more results in the world with acceptance and appreciation rather than simply with toxic criticism.
This i realize long time ago and i will not go back cause i have seen that i have seen that within myself, what damage it caused to me and everybody around me being angry all the time about something..
So you think a child of 16 years, we truly appreciate her concern I'm sure many many millions of children and adults are concerned while she's talking and making a statement its fine, but whoever is nurturing nurturing her, they should not nurture her towards anger.

Greta is making the point that - as a child - she cannot see a very bright future for her generation unless some measures to balance climate change are made. That's all. It's a point that can be made most vividly by someone her age. She is knowledgeable , passionate and able to state her case. What's wrong with that? Dear Sadghuru, have you ever thought about the fact that this worldsystem that is now ruling, also directly leads to all of these horrible scenario you are talking about? The system, in which there is a particulairly small group of people, very rich and in these groups are worldleaders and bussinesscompanies, and other highly placed persons... they want to keep this system operated, so they can keep the power and keep the rest of wordpopulation in poverty and under control. There are some powerful solutions.
Governments can implement all these. Sadhguru knows ALL this.
1. Stop subsidizing fossil fuels so transition to renewables is faster
2. Promote hemp biodegradable packaging and hempcrete.
3. Promote dairy and meat substitutes.
4. Regenerate wastelands soil and banks of water bodies. Rewild wherever possible.
5. Don't accept cheap social ideas that you should always but new things. Recycle and refurbish.
I have news for you. Fossil fuels are what run this planet. It is what makes our modern society possible. Currently all renewable energy sources put together cannot replace fossil fuels. When they can and can be proven to do so I am all for it. But don’t be fooled by go green and go electric. Do you not know incredible toxic waste made by making these batteries? Also I just so happens all the rare earth elements needed to make the solar panels and the batteries come from China imagine that.

Also, to replace energy form from fossil fuels to solar...it will be yet another form of destruction of earth as it takes many many hills to collect minute amount of precious minerals required to make solar panels. There is a fatal flaw in this reasoning - he assumes that we are living in a democracy in which the government is working for the people - this is not the case unfortunately - simply look at fossil fuel subsidies, 11 million per minute - has the population been asked if this money should continue to subsidize destructive fossil fuel production or invested in public transportation for instance or massive solar power farms? No - why? Because our democratic system has been made rotten by corporate influence - our democracy as it is now does not respond to the well being of the people but only of the markets.

As a young person, Greta Thunberg, like other youth, see the imminent danger of out-of-control global warming, and widespread environmental destruction. Do you really think that the United Nations would have granted her a platform, if they had thought that what she had to say was irrational. Listen to what Antonio Gutteres, the United Nations Secretary General had to say on the matter recently. It sounds pretty similar to what Greta was asking for?

It is pretty simple physics- a white ice cap reflects energy while a dark ocean absorbs energy. Once that ice sheet is gone all that heat/energy goes into the ocean. Weather systems are driven by temperature gradients. When all these things change all the weather patterns change. Feedback loops like large methane releases manifest - very potent greenhouse gases.
