Egg Roll with Chowmein | Agra's Popular Anda Roll | Indian Street Food

This tiny stall in Agra serves delicious Egg Roll stuffed with yummy Chowmein. First, they heat the roti over a pan, then they break two eggs over paratha, put masala, mix it up and flip it upside down to cook the eggs. Once the egg side of roti is cooked then they fill it chowmein, chilli sauce, mayo and the secret masala. The roti is then rolled and served. It's very yummy.
