What a pretty, quaint little harbour town 😀. I'm loving all those steps up to the Motte 😁😁. Very good exercise for legs and glutes muscles! South Stacks has 400 steps down to the lighthouse on Anglesey, steep, twisty and can be very windy. The disadvantage is the proximity of the RSPB cafe , so after 1600 steps workout I end up in the cafe with coffee and inevitable cake and undo all my hard work 😁😁. Life is too short not to eat cake ! Sad story about MV Princess Victoria 😥
You could try strapping dumbells to your arms whilst eating cake 😁😁 that might help 😂😂. I find kayaking is great exercise for arms and core strength, too. Has the advantage that Cake can be eaten on the water and on the shore 😁😁
The place of my birth “The Dee “, and my parents ,Grandparents and Great Grandparents etc etc…went to school here, joined the GLB ( Girls life Brigade) now the Girls Brigade…went to the CE (Christian endeavour) and had a wonderful childhood growing up with friends and family….❤
Another historically interesting NI town. I thought the war memorial was very impressive. 🙏

Glad you enjoyed it, yes I'm pretty much the same nowadays the only bicep curls I do now is lifting cake up to my mouth lol.
