I'm definitely doing this on my blog. Thanks a bunch, Nelson!! Maybe this is a stupid question, but is there a way to display related posts in a similar manner? I tried a few plugins but never liked how they looked.
Great, glad to hear this is useful! Yes you can simply use the Blog module for related posts now, set the toggle to use current page and it will show posts in that category.
i enjoyed this tutorial, thank you. Hi, i am making a post template for all my posts, and i want my posts to show up as excerpts then with a continue reading button, how do i do this? p.s i am using my homepage as my posts page. thank you.
Can you do this somehow on the page of the actual blog post? When you click to go to read a post, you always have to go back to the main blog page to see this list. It would be convenient to have this on teh blog posting itself.
@@PeeAyeCreative I get that but a customizable sidebar module would be nice such as tag bubbles, popular posts, etc. It seems like the only modific possible is changing fonts. Is there any other way to add styling to the sidebar?
Well, it does work, so maybe you can share a comment on the blog with a screen recording of what you are trying and someone will be able to help identify it for you.
I'm currently re-designing my two websites and you have been incredibly helpful. Thank you!!
I'm so glad to hear that!

Hi again, is there a way to add excerpts to the lists please? I tried to work out the code myself but am too much of a moron.

When I change the layout to grid to the second blog module (not the side bar), it still shows me only 1 column, why is that? I've looked everywhere
It's cool 🎉
Glad you like it!
Awesome !
Glad you like it Tim!
i enjoyed this tutorial, thank you.

Hi Said, what you described would be the Divi Blog module. Give that a try! 🙂

Yes that's the intended use for this as the sidebar of your posts in the Theme Builder template.
That would be great to use it, but I guess with a new update is not working anymore to just paste the codes. It needs some update, I think.
How to show in the article when I open my article recent post category show in the last
I'm not sure what you are asking. You can add this to any theme builder template
Seems like Divi has a big oversight on sidebar customizing (without needing to add custom CSS)
Nope, this has nothing to do with the sidebar, it's a customized Divi Blog module.
@@PeeAyeCreative I get that but a customizable sidebar module would be nice such as tag bubbles, popular posts, etc. It seems like the only modific possible is changing fonts. Is there any other way to add styling to the sidebar?
Doesn't work. Created a brand new menu and placed the css and toggled the numbers. No way! The title stays under the image. Not beside.
I'm not sure what you mean by menu and numbers...
this makes my meta text out of place based on title length. seems like the meta text should be separate line.
The meta text is definitely a different div.
Not working.
