I've been playing this game since release and never knew the benefits of this. I didn't even know what bounty was or overclocking weapons or memory chips. I made it to 300 but I'm dealing low damage so thanks for this video man.
If you're doing boc at anything more than 2 and a half to 3 minutes it's more efficient to farm in the white frontier. But I guess if you don't have DLC this would be the fastest way. With a good group getting it done in under 3 minutes can get you to max bounty in about 10 or so hours. I'd also recommend switching out hyper awareness for human fortress 1, as getting hit with hf doesn't stop your health regen so you can use damage at max HP more. Along with HP recovery chips and first aid kit 2 you're pretty much invincible. Grinding just boc can become very boring after a little bit, so mix it up with some sc or si every now and then.

Im gonna try this and fail horribly. Sure i cant hit for enough damage to kill anything in this video. It's a never ending circle of "I'm not strong enough"
I think he missed the new to the game part. Three queen bees spawn near each other in solitary sands. Killing the queen kills the swarm. If you go back and forth they drop plenty of materials and accessories for bounty early game. As far as firepower I beat the fame with a weapon rank three sword. One run in a good co-op lobby will get you better than that.

Sadly you can't alter the bounty weapon chips but you can overlook them
