Keep in mind that a Glass cannon DPS build is easier to make than a tanky one. Since anyone can farm for bounty chips. This Gigas is different from the Maxed Gigas I got on day 2 of NA Release. This one emphasizes more on Physical attack bounty chip.
@@shadowfox9493 The max for weapon attack is 22%. Physical attack goes up to 29.5%. Bounty chips are not locked and can go higher. To get them farm bounty until you get a bounty weapon and use that bounty weapon as memory chip material. For further answers please look through the comments in my other videos.
My gigas has normal max chips cuz it's epic not legendary, saving the max chips for a god role. But mine hits everything for 600k per crit. Might be cuz i have all damage vs and weapon/physical attack and crit damage
What if you had 22.5% Weapon Attack on a locked chip and a +50%@Max HP on an unlocked chip using a bounty weapon? You must've used ProcZ and ValkZ? I wonder about the +7.5% Weapon Attack VS +20.5% @Max HP Either way, as someone who has done this 100 times and not gotten even an epic sword, I am super jelly.
He has maxed the memory chips (weapon damage, crit and rate damage, etc.) for the gigas cedar sword, that it has a high base crit rate and crit damage, also he boosted his DEX and LUC over 300, this guarantees him to do even more damage when he does the crit and also rise the rate to do crit. I almost forgot he has STR near 300, so he does even more melee damage
I love this, even thou i only play at version 1.7 it feels like I'm a bit jealous about that giga cedar. ps. might happen if u share ur savefile? it really means a lot, even just a type z sword is enough :D
You must farm weapons until a legendary drops. There will be some unlocked chips and locked chips. The locked chips you cannot change unless you unlock them, but you can make them stronger. The unlocked chips max out at half of total chips, so you need to have 4 locked chips being what type of buff you want them to be. The 4 unlocked chips can be anything, since you can change those out for different buff types. . In order to max out your chips you need to do the following: . For Unlocked Chips: Farm bounty and get a bounty weapon as you can switch the stats out for those. . For Locked Chips: Try camping the predatory general shop or farming random weapons until chips with stats maxed out on them spawn for you. Then you can take those weapons with the few maxed out chips, and use them at Lisbeth's blacksmith to power up the locked chips on your main weapon. I always meaning to ask, those memory chips, were they lucky rolls/drops to get those or by chance 4 of them were useless and you changed them for a better chips? I've been farming the sword and the best I've got was an epic gigas and 2 legendary blue roses >.
4 of them were the chips I wanted, and 4 were trash chips. I replaced the trash chips with Bounty chips by unlocking them. Then I upgraded the locked chips with normal maxed chips I had lying around.
I'll give sword break down blue roses fastest kill time cedar highest damage and type z (i use) combo of both but do not use vorpal as its doesn't crit much unless you use pistol weapon art then have at it
Lol so i was in an online co op match with another lvl 300 the other day. I was trying to help level up another player when they joined. I put it on behemoth and this dude pulls out a blue rose and runs ahead (no buffing or anything!) while me and the others are still preparing. By the time i get to the damn thing and pull of a skill with my gigas the match ended... *sigh* i thought to myself, what the hell is this dudes stats that he was able to pull that off. I know for a fact the gigas is WAY more powerful than the blue rose. Even rocking a legendary blue rose can't compete with the potential a gigas has. My build for my gigas is similar to your crit build on your other video and I've got all my bounty chips for it. Its maxed. Except its epic not legendary so I've had to sacrifice the physical attack chip for the damage at max hp chip. Point is, I've been racking my brain as to how he was able to do that ever since.
Might be the sword dash glitch where you use dash attack skill on a gun, then switch to sword quickly. It breaks the damage calculator, and causes it to overload. Impossible to do on keyboard & moues however. Its either that, or the guy was hacking.

This is on xbox so that makes alot of sense, plus i didn't know such a glitch existed so of course there are dudes out there exploiting anything they can to give themselves an edge. As far as hacking goes i wouldn't be surprised at all because like i said man i had popped one skill off and BAM! Game over and he's standing there with a BR.... The game before that, i put on Banquet of Chaos 3 and he was doing the same thing, running ahead of everyone else (playing solo in a co op lobby basically) no buffing or debuffing just straight one or two slicing these bosses man...

That's with the sword and my build that I got set up, I just with I had more speed, I hate feeling even the slightest of slow
no, the truth is that this construction is nothing compared to mine. That build of yours is very low on defense and speed. I think I have a better one, I've spent a lot of time trying to find the best build for that sword in Co-Op Online and finally managed to do it. Because in my opinion you use too much STR and INT, and too little VIT and AGI.
Yeah, like Zthlon says, this build is really a test of how much damage one can get by becoming a glass cannon. If you want to look for optimal builds where you don't have to risk being squishy, please check out my other videos.
I use my own personal jack of all skills build with decent chips and accessories to gain damage, speed, defense and rank 4 skills even if some are unusable as a result

I would drop STR down some to 160. Then put what you can to AGI.

How do you make your stats above 255?
With accessories that have +30 or more to stats.
Bounty accessories are stronger though, and can give up to +40 or +34, +32.
