Really good idea ! I always wanted to get a mini bus for us .
A lot of times you can get an old rv cheaper than a mini buss , of you can do some work on it.
Use " Inland" white liquid rubber roof coating Rc 2000 liquid and RC 2200 cream rubber ( white).Two heavy coats .Best quality .Never leak again.I have alot of Onan OEM parts if you need.Good job!
