No, it actually isn't. They're similar stories, and the picture used was from a movie made about the Japanese legend, but the folklore mentioned in the video was South Korean.
The "Slit Mouth Woman" is a Japanese story about the wife of a samurai that cheated on her hubby and got her face cut because of it, so her spirit targets children as they for some reason believed to be more honest.
The woman from the Korean story goes after men and takes place in the present day, though the Japanese spirit still apparently lurks around to this day.
The countries are close, they've invaded each other left and right... They're bound to have similar stories.

She would ask the person she encounters whether she is pretty and if you answer yes she will take off her mask and reveal her horrifying ripped and muscle revealing mouth which is slit from ear to ear. If you say no she will kill you with a pair of scissors. As soon as she has taken off her mask she would ask “how about now?” If you say yes once again she will slice open your mouth so it appears like hers. If you answer no on the other hand she will cut you in half. The only way to get away from her is by answering “soso or 5050” as it would confuse her. It is not a Korean urban legend. It is a Japanese ghost story. I hope this information is useful

You know, the one about bathroom ghost girls really reminds me of the Japanese urban legend Aka Manto.
You go to a specific bathroom stall (usually at elementary school, but other places work too). Suddenly you realize you don't have toilet paper. But fear not, because at this point Aka Manto (one of the rare MALE murderous spirits in Japan) knocks on the door and asks if you want red or blue toilet paper. Or sometimes cape.
You pick red: Aka Manto slices you apart (toilet paper version), or literally flays the skin of your back (cape version)
You pick blue: All the blood gets sucked from your body (toilet paper version), You get strangled until your body turns blue and you die (cape version)
Different color: In one common version, a student picked yellow. Aka Manto then drowned them in dirty toilet water.
Only "safe" answer is to say nothing, or that you don't need paper, which should confuse the Aka Manto long enough for you to get away. Though sometimes, instead of escape, you get a free one-way trip to the Underworld...
