I'm surprised that they didn't say anything about the Wendigo being related to Native American folklore. The entire description of it is wrong without having that additional information.
Imma keep this short. I lived in Maryland for a few years, seen some sh!t that made me believe. I mean a damn wolf staring at me in the woods then dissappearing. Screen door, LOCKED. swinging open followed by footsteps 😊
Yeah I live in a haunted house as well whatever’s here has never tried to hurt me but the first time I experienced something it really freaked me out my mom didn’t believe me until an alarm clock flew off a shelf all by itself and landed right in front of my feet this happened right in front of my mom needless to say she believed me after that
I think one of the strangest things I’ve seen was when I was caravanning with my parents (about 1.5hr drive from our home) in a seaside town where my ancestors on my dads side came from, one night I was asleep in the living room on the couch bed and I woke up randomly, looked at the foot of the bed and there was a full black silhouette stood there (my brother was asleep next to me, I could hear my dad snoring in the other room) and the shape looked similar to my dad, but not exactly - my great grandparents were buried in the cemetery about 1-2 miles up the road. I always wonder if that was my great grandad coming to see his grandsons as he died when my dad was young.
The beaver creek thing was werid i never heard that one and i live in the area we always heard of the ghost ester hale and the ghost of gretchen in gretchens locke
In the town I’m from there is a road that was never finished. It’s called the road to nowhere and there’s a tunnel that goes through the mountain. The tunnel is covered in graffiti and has been rumored to be where all of the devil worshipers hang out.
Just a word to the wise. Your picture of the headstone doesn't match the woman who you were talking about. Bertha Maynard the witch lived between 1872 and 1910. Bertha Maynard Dawson was an unrelated woman.
You guys should do a story about Buckout Road in White Plains, NY. When i was in high school, (1994-1998), there was a story about this lonely road and it having a house occupied by a murderous albino family. As you drive down the road there are spray painted signs warning you to go back. Now im sure that the albinos who may have lived there just put these signs up to scare dopey teenagers like myself off. I never had the guts to continue down the road to the house. What i did do though is go to the library and do research on tbis house and the road itself which as it turns out has a pretty dark history. I cannot remember the entire tragedies that did occur there, but i do know that the road was named after the Buckout family. Something tragic had happened to Mary Buckout. You should definitely look it up and see if its worth including in one of your episodes! 😊
The thunder birds sound kinda like the New Zealand Haast Eagle ( seen in LotR movies) now extinct thanks to Moa birds dying out through over hunting by locals who were here at the time.

I believe that I saw this Linsey person acting in some show. I was surprised. She acted pretty much like she always does.
