Bodrum is the best place for quality & money I went to Istanbul its double the price like the watches I paid in Bodrum was £85 and in Istanbul they were asking £500. Marmaris is cheap but not many options but the quality some are good and bad

Yes you can haggle. But have to show them you not that much interested and I would recommend haggling to low amount
