- Had a great opportunity to visit NISMO, Omori Factory located in Yokohama. They showed me around all the cool things they do there, to deliver outstanding products to their customers! Engine dynamometers, Clubman Race Spec R32, R33, R34 GT-Rs, Z tuned R34 GT-R, and more!

This is just too good. Love the hospitality they displayed and how open they are. Probably because you know them and they know you, so maybe they are that more open? They really treated you like you guys are drinking buddies haha. Anyway, good video man. Superb first class experience.
thanks for watching, glad u enjoyed it👍
Awesome behind-the-scenes view of the Nismo/Omori Factory headquarters! It is an honor. Thank you for making this video and sharing your experience with the people and products which make these amazing cars possible. Domo arigato gozai-masu
I don't comment as much as I should, but absolutely love every single one of your videos!!
you just showed me what heaven looks like ...thanks Robbie

Fantastic video! Really great tour of the factory. This friendly video made it feel like you’re visiting one of your buddy’s local shops, even though it’s a super fancy shop.

This is my favorite video you've made. I'm so impressed nismo let you in the dyno room. Letting you film their screens. Unbelievable!! What a company. Thank you for this visit and thank nismo for a real tour.
thank u for watching🙏🙏🙏
What a cool place, everything sparkles and glitters, but the test room was especially impressive, thanks a lot😃
such a beautiful facility🤙🤙🤙
実験室の様子、貴重で面白かったです!
貴重な体験ができてニスモさんにも感謝です🤙🤙🤙
Super cool! 476ps out of a 450 rated engine is always nice. Cool to find out why they still carry the Omori name out in Yokohama. Thanks dude
i agree super cool stuff🤙🤙🤙
Appreciate the content your putting out there Robbie! Another great video and just another level above the rest for sure. Cheers!
thanks for watching🤙🤙🤙
This is DREAM. THANKS for sharing.
thanks for watching🙏🙏🙏
NISMO!! Whatta treat, thanks for the upload. We swung by Nismo when I was in Japan but not this racing division/Omori Factory part. We did however hit the DNA garage and a lot of retired rave cars from Nissan are there, as well as, the normal production vehicle for a lot of models.

thank you so much for showing us arround! i allready saw that workshop over on sams channel a while ago, but especially the look into the dyno room was super interesting! id really love to see more of this type of content, ive heard there is a car museum somewhere arround odaiba ?
i will slowly cover shops big and small as much as i can🤙🤙🤙
@@heymanrobbie love that idea so much, especially when traveling is difficult.
Camera in the engine dyno room was cool.
Should've asked them to build a Nismo Fuga, and use yours as the prototype. 👀
hahahaha that would b a dream come true😀😀😀
Thanks for all the hard work Robbie :) Since you've got friends in high places, I'm ganna ask, any chance of the S chassis being added to the heritage program?
hmmmmm idk since they sold s chassis all over the worls so theres enough goin around vs skylines only were sold here so less cars to go around, i will actually bring that up to them u never know they may end up supporting at least s15 chassis👍
This is really cool! Its as if Nissan/Nismo are now building the RB26 to the full potential now that the 280PS limit agreement is gone.
tuners have more freedom, i wish they never had that agreement in the 90s
That place is awesome 🤘✌
One of my favorite places to visit everytime I visit Japan!
new display all the time🤙🤙🤙
Wonderful
🥰🥰🥰
Another good place to tour. Thanks! What's next?

@@heymanrobbie Thank you very much Robbie. For all your quality uploads. just another level super cool to see behind the scene Nismo tuning. Keep them coming Happy new year.

Nice 👍👍👍.. btw happy new year
thanks for watching, and happy new year🤙🤙🤙
There's C110 branded water you can buy from the vending machines too.
🤙🤙🤙🤙🤙
The transmission on the dyno behind the engine looks like an rb20 trans. 😂😂
i think it is, just need 4th gear😂
Awesome movie ! So how many GTR you ordered ?. Lol
hahahahaha only 3😂😂😂😂😂
Forget hyper cars, i want a nismo gtr r34!! 😭
way different than what previous youtuber did a walkaround of the Omori Factory showroom
I went to Japan right before Covid hit the whole world in 2019. But didnt manage to reach the Nismo Omori Factory but did went to the Nissan Global HQ to see the displays there.
Interesting they let you film how engine tuning is done and how each engine is hand built. Didnt expect for each engine is bench tested before going to the customers or installed into the customer car.
The R3 and R4 engines are currently the newest engine for Nismo with the main difference that the R4 is the engine is stroked to 2.8L aka making it an unofficial RB28DETT similar to what the Nismo Z Tune Z2 engine uses. But with so much updated technology. It makes the almost 30 plus year old engine feel new.
Did you ask is the oiling issues with the RB solved with the current engines?
I wonder if they have plans to make like a R1 program for the VR38DETT
thanks foe watching, i didnt get that much in detail on the rb engine builds, i think the oil issues is pretty much solved since they had weak oil pump gear? and also 25+ years of mileage so a new one would probably solve that problem
pretty sure they will get into doing vr engines one day too
@@heymanrobbie RB oiling issues isn't fully foolproof. When you go with a bigger oil pump, the oil gets trapped in the head and not enough oil flows back into the pan. starving the bearings in the bottom end of oil and hence spun bearing and more damage.
So far only the aftermarket R&D have solve most of the issues ranging from bigger oil pan, oil trapdoor or basically for racing and track application use dry sump setup.
Nissan is smart to tap on the Nismo heritage program since there is a sudden demand for Skyline GT-Rs worldwide and in the USA.
Thou the big downside is now everything is mega expensive.
One base R34 GTR is fetching close to 100K at the auctions and not including the Clubman Race Spec conversion.
You will be sinking in almost 3/400K into one car.
Nismo sometime swapped race cars displayed here from their heritage storage facility in Zama-shi, Kanagawa.
I've been there in 2019 and getting inside that place will need some appilication through invitation only.
Hoping that someday you'll going to cover that facility soon, Robbie!
on my list, hopefully sometime soon🤙🤙🤙👍
Hey man Robbie. Oohayo gozaimasu I woke up at the Omori factory. The 3 brothers I'm definitely dreaming (car porn). The testing room is heavenly (no curves all averages) and the camera catches the essence of tuning! 😁 Domo Arigato 🙏 Sugoi Namata ✌️ 🇦🇺🇯🇵
arigato thanks for always watching🙏🙏🙏
Nicu
🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Please do a video on trust /greddy
i will try to sometime soon🤙🤙🤙
Do they have any estimated date on releasing new nismo R34 combo meter gauge clusters
man i have no idea sorry🙏
Hey man thanks. Does anybody know what site I can go through to purchase an engine? All I’ve ever been able to find are Japanese sites. Seriously considering that we VR38.
u want to buy a motor from nismo? or just engine in general?
I'm looking for Nismo S15 silvia of D1 street legal built by nismo and driven by Naoto Suenaga!!
i wonder where that car went?🤔🤔🤔
R390 GT1! For God sakes the "racecar" is an R390 GT1.
I thought for sure the guy from nismo would say it but I honestly don't think he knew either 🤦🏻♂️
