Interesting list. Nice that you are thinking outside the box and not covering the same top 5-10 sets that everyone else mentions on a regular basis. Not sure I agree with all 10 but will definitely be keeping an eye out for a few of these. Thank you for the information and detailed analysis.
I'm a big fan of your content. I'll definitely look into joining your Patreon. That said, I appreciate the need for balance and am happy that you're doing what's best for you.
I agree with the mechs and the brickheads. I think an overlooked set is the Ninjago empress mech vs elemental dragon. Only because the empress has major design similarities to Warhammer and will get some cross over collector action from that .
I am a big fan of Ninjago dragon sets, but unfortunately this set has pretty low demand and has been on clearance from Walmart in store pretty often. It having 2 smaller builds instead of just one large dragon hurts it IMO. But only time will tell! For me to pick it up at the moment, I’d need to see 55% off
Tales of the space age got me back into LEGOS WHY THE LED 3rd PARTIES SELL FOR THEM , Turning Legos into Funtctional art is what had me back into LEGO also the Flowers I got the Wild flowers , want the orchids and try to get a bird of paradise if i can find one
Takes of the Space Age Pros, - Cheap, Beautiful, Versatile, Great Build, Pairs with every Star Wars Lego ever made. Great background for Star Wars Lego display. Cons- ? , mysterious lack of demand.
Lack of demand can actually be a great opportunity for an investment. These will no longer be available and soon enough there will be a hype generated for the set. Or it may just remain slept on. Who knows, but just a thought.
There's no way they are going to retire the Shadow and Knuckles Brickheadz until after the 3rd Sonic Movie comes out. Lego's gonna ride that movie boost for all it's worth.
Nice list 👌 I just find it hard to believe that Gimli and Legolas are already retiring.. isn't it just too short of a shelf life for such a huge franchise with so few sets?
I love your content and as a new(ish) investor in the UK 🇬🇧 your take on investing for the year is inspirational. Take your number 1 set. Here in the UK we already sell the pink parrot for £25 on eBay (RRP £20) it’s no wonder why I used a load of insider points to buy a number of copies
Awesome, appreciate the support! I know there can be a lot of variation within different regions for what sets are good investments, glad that one is doing well in both!
How do you consistently stack discounts with GWPs as they have low quantity limits online? I tend to pick up everything I can when I go to the lego store like all the brickheadz so that adds up to about $500 each trip, if I get one gwp for that I'm not getting much discount
I could only buy sets up to the threshold, but in my experience buying everything I can to increase my quantity in my inventory was better as I can't go to the lego store every day
Do you build Lego and/or look at the build quality of the sets, because at least 3 of these are horrible builds, or does that not matter in your formula?
I build when I have time, but unfortunately it’s been pretty hard to find time recently. And the build quality is not a factor I consider personally for investing. If the demand is there, that’s what matters most to me. Because if there’s strong demand, then that’s the market telling us that they don’t care abt the build quality.
It’s essentially 2 steps, going through the process of creating an Amazon seller account, then submitting an invoice of 10 items or more from the manufacturer or a wholesaler. There are some videos about the ungating process out there on UA-cam, but if you want to see a video from me going over it, I have a video on Patreon that walks through everything step by step 👍
Dammit man, you’re changing your schedule when I needed you the most next year consider your previous schedule around this time of year. And around slow times you should do this current schedule. Because I don’t have any reason to watch Lego early on the year, and right around this time is when I’m going to be watching the most now until December
Hey i noticed for double points on Lego its not showing up in cart. Example: the Hocus Pocus is double points right now and its around 1500 points. But, i did the globe which is the same price and NOT double points and it was the exact same? Is this refelcted after purchase? I dont want to possibly spend money thinking one thing, but i dont get double points Thanks!!!
@@BrickDomain yeah and I choose the Hocus Pocus set which is on there. It was 1500 points. But, then I added The Globe (same retail price but not on the list) and it was still 1500 points. That's why I'm asking does it show up on cart or after purchase?
Ya so the Salem house is double points but then the globe is just regular . I believe the points for both get added after purchase , but when you click on the house, it shows double points for it.
It is search suppressed, but it did briefly unsuppress when a seller had them for $19.99 on June 29th and July 4th according to Keepa. So once this set is sold out from Target and LEGO, I anticipate it will no longer be suppressed on Amazon since the market rate will no longer be $19.99
I'll wait for the update in a few years. You'll have to buy hundreds of each set on the prayer they will be in such demand. You'll need hundreds of them because the turnover increase will be so little you will need to profit by sheer volume of sales. Good luck along with the other thousands of new "investors" that will flood the market.
At the buy prices I’m targeting, I feel confident I will do very well with them. If you’re interested in seeing the performance from my past investments (good and bad), I have several videos on my channel about them.

@@AwfulLottaYea I don’t think it will ever be super valuable. But I can see it doubling to 100 and being around there forever.
W List as always

At this point in the year, the retirement list is typically locked in. I think it will retire, but anything can happen!
Nice list 👌 I just find it hard to believe that Gimli and Legolas are already retiring.. isn't it just too short of a shelf life for such a huge franchise with so few sets?
Thanks! I believe it will retire, it’s very rare for LEGO to extend a set at this point in the year. Anything is possible though!
Great list Brian!
Appreciate the support as always! 🫡🫡
New subscriber here and slowly going through all your videos. Is your strategy to buy sealed and sell sealed or does it also apply to in sealed ?
Thoughts on the birdhouse? And Minecraft sets retiring?
the lego truck is now 59.97 at Costco, in store!!! 40% off a new set is bananas!
Good Job!!!
Thank you!

So both parrots are good investments..or just the pink?
I’m only watching the pink parrot right now, the blue one isn’t retiring this year

Appreciate it!
Could you please talk about how you got ungated on amazon fba and how you dealt with fba return?

Double points is only on specific sets.
Yeah unfortunately this current double Insiders points promo is only for 6 sets. You can find the list by going to the “Offers & Sale” page

Where is the list of all the sets retiring in 2024?
No Phantom Menace BH? or Helmets? In 2023 you talk us in a lot of videos about Starwars BH Endor , and now no Menace BH in your top?
Everyone riding star wars dick not to much money to be made
