    Is'nt it uracil (U) in rna...then why do you keep mentioning thymine(T)...it's confusing..pls clarify.

      Yes it is uracil in mRNA, he is talking about the sense DNA strand 5'-3', as u know the sense strand and mRNA are similar except that thymine in the sense strand will be as uracil in mRNA

      Actually uaa/ uag/uga are stop codons in the mRNA strand which means in template strand 3'-5' we would have had att/atc/act which makes it taa/tag/tga in the sense strand/coding strand 5'-3'
