awesome advice! I'm 5 weeks out from the day I crashed my mountain bike and broke my left collar bone! Luckily I'm right handed and I was back to work a week after (wedding photographer). Yours is definitely a nastier break being smashed like that into pieces and on the distal end. Mine was mid shaft broken into 3 pieces. No surgery, just a figure 8 splint. I wore that for 4 weeks. Now on my 5th week it's feeling better but I haven't been back on the bike. Thanks again!
I was hit by a car last week and have my collar bone broken now. It is getting better now and I already cant wait before I get back in the saddle. However I still have to rest. Thanks for your vids!
Thanks for videos fella I have fractured my collarbone but unfortunately little worse and required surgery. My recovery been longer due to this. Worth mentioning every fracture is different and proper Physio is vital.
Thumbs up Mate. Agree. just do your own maintence and recovery. I am just recovering from a broken Clavicle and two fractures of the pelvis after some Knob knocked me off my bike in France.
Joe Fisher Sorry to hear that mate, dont get down beat, it all comes good in the end. The best advice i can give is listen to your body if it hurts then rest is best.
