Honestly, Luke has completely changed my views about Pakistan, not that my views were negative about Pakistan before, it's just - it was never a country I was thinking about visiting. The people, cheese parathas, how clean it is, how kind everyone is, the nature, I'll most definitely make it my goal to visit Pakistan this year, first city most likely Islamabad.
Pakistan is roof of the world. Flight from Islamabad to Skardu or Gilgit is the most scenic flight in the world Alhamdulillah 👍. Watch videos of it. Sam chui and other videos. And travel through the legendary KKH karakuram highway to Hunza valley.

The guy who you offered bottle of water for his broken down car. Actually first asked you "Aap khud kiya piye ge" "What will you yourself drink if you gave me your water". He only took it once you showed him the extra bottle of water, shows that guy is amazing with a kind heart and even at a difficult situation he is worried that he will cause you inconvenience by taking your only bottle of water. HATS OFF SIR!!!

Another great example of how people stop when they see other people in trouble and try and help them. Absolutely incredible. Also loved going up Murree, it reminded me of going up from Dehradun to Mussoorie in India where I grew up. The landscape is exactly the same and we sell 🌽 bhutta too along the way. Even the way guy was preparing masala for fritters (pakora). So many similarities yet so different. So near yet so far. I want Indians and Pakistanis to visit each other just the way this gentleman is. We are both incredible countries and have so much to offer. Love to all dear Pakistani brothers and sisters from your Indian brother ❤️

The interior designs is unique a combination of modern and a classic wooden material. Clear glass doors and windows with overlooking mountains .Very relaxing and refreshing to the eyes because of the greenery and away from bustling city.😊😊😊 Nice! Pakistan is on his way for greatness another tourist destination in Asia .

....... when we rent a car with drivers for a long trip.... we do offer drivers courtesy tea and meals... it's not compulsory but Pakistani people usually do offer per courtesy. I am glad you kept Pakistani tradition.

I’ve become addicted to paratha ( all kinds ) btw they sell really really good frozen packs here in coles and woolies in the freezer section ( we just add the cheese ) it’s soooooooop easy to make and delicious and I’m pretty damn sure the same as the ones you have when travelling .. do not defrost though , straight from freezer to pan cook both sides welll and your done !.. anyway just a tip for when your home in Oz again 🙂

murree is where the British Embassy is, there's alot of British influence in murree, they got proper British post offices there, churches, and a even a brewery for the embassy staff (but the liquor can be bought throughout Pakistan if u know people).

I just love to see when you pay more than the actual amount to local small business men because they earn very little Profit on their per sale. As you are now in murree you should definitely visit "nathiya gali" and "ayubia"... You will be blown away by the beauty of those two... And they are on more height than murree so it's gonna b super cold up there.. You can also check out ayubia chairlift...
That yellowish flour in the pakoras is made from chickpeas. The taste of pakoras vary as the spices and herbs vary from place to place. At home we make pakoras with three to four types of vegetables namely spinach, brinjal, potato and cauliflower. Its the perfect little snack to have at evening with tea or while your on the road and you feel like having fried food.

murree is where the British Embassy is, there's alot of British influence in murree, they got proper British post offices there, churches, and a even a brewery for the embassy staff (but the liquor can be bought throughout Pakistan if u know people).

I just love to see when you pay more than the actual amount to local small business men because they earn very little Profit on their per sale.
For example: the pakora guy just hardly earns 5 rupees profit per sale but you made his day by giving extra tip.

Hi Luke welcome back to Pakistan mate while you enjoying your visit back to Pakistan here in Sydney we are planning to go for holidays to Islamabad my place of birth from the last 2 years may be soon inshallah anyhow @13.10 on your way to murree stopping for a cupa and freshly made hot pakoras the man while preparing Pakora mix the dry seeds he is rubbing with both hands are Cummin seeds used in every dish of Pakistan India Bangladesh Nepal etc the reason for rubbing with both hands is to release all the oils fragrance and flavours from the seeds i think as you said you even felt it at that Moment the smell and fragrance of spices just a small cooking tip to help you with your curiosity about rubbing of his hands with some dry spice seeds in his hands enjoy your trip all the best .

As you are now in murree you should definitely visit "nathiya gali" and "ayubia"... You will be blown away by the beauty of those two... And they are on more height than murree so it's gonna b super cold up there.. You can also check out ayubia chairlift...

That yellowish flour in the pakoras is made from chickpeas. The taste of pakoras vary as the spices and herbs vary from place to place. At home we make pakoras with three to four types of vegetables namely spinach, brinjal, potato and cauliflower. Its the perfect little snack to have at evening with tea or while your on the road and you feel like having fried food.

I loved murree, when i visited pakistan. My dad went to a place called ayubia and went on some cable cars, he said the views were beautiful, maybe you might like to visit that area too.
