If you want to know how am I : I tried really focusing on myself recently. I now wake up at 6 am instead of 7 am to run in the morning and do some push ups, squats, sit ups, etc. I also am doing 5 chess match a day (im still bad but im improving!) and practicing my guitar skills a lot more.
