- After a well earned break im back out on the bank of the iconic linear fisheries and im on Oxlease lake!! ive not fished oxlease in many many years and up till this session i'd never caught from oxlease either. Well what a comeback it was as i managed to bank an awesome 6 carp AND a new pb tench during my 48hr stay.

Great session you had there mate and some cracking fish, goes to show you don't need to be far out on big pits to get them either, gutted for Shaun losing his fish but did you proud as a gilly, well done on the PB Tench as well mate and look forward to catch up sometime soon.

Great to see you back & well done on a great session .. if your bored of the blogging just give it up for a while , don’t let it ruin your own fishing .. or if it’s the fishing change the type of carp fishing your @ maybe .. I was getting a good few recaptures so fished a couple of special low stock lakes @ home to keep the buzz going & I went to France & had an amazing time .. not just the fishing the change of scenery was lovely too .. anyway make sure u enjoy your fishing wherever you go over the summer
