Hi guys, so this is very upsetting and frustrating for me, the only thing stopping me from playing Takeda right now is his BF3 after standing 4, I even asked Chat GPT, is there such a thing as inputting the Back command to early after 4 and it not registering? I swear I clearly feel in on my thumb, on my hand that I am doing Back, and it only registers F3 from both right and left side, of course I get it sometimes but very inconsistent, some tips would be much appreciated!
@@RedLineOneGC hello, thank you so much for answering, I tried to play with release check ON but it totally messes up my moves, so I need to do it with negative edge OFF, at this point I would pay a lot of euros to be able to pull this off consistently, when did you say was the timer for a DASH, when Takeda lands? I also tried keeping pressed the direction of the jump but I messes the kombo because I press BACK 4, that was only good idea I had to keep the direction pressed but I can't until after the standing 4

P.S I did on this string in the air 425% and there were some explosions but I don't know what I pressed, so frustrating.

What do you think about Sektor as cameo for Takeda? He has some intersting stuff as safe reset with teleport, combo on b33 and f4 (in the corner) with missile and easy peasy hit confirm with missile (b22, 121, b3, 21 + missile on startup in df3, df3). And grab combo of course (maybe the most damaging without ex meter)
I'm struggling so much with his combos lol...such a hard character. Combos aside he probably will get some form of buffs in his neutral, nthr doesn't like their dlc characters to be underwhelming
@@korbinlankford4091 yes you can combo off of b3 but what I think he was referring to is you can’t hit confirm it cuz it’s only one button which I don’t believe anyone can hit confirm just a single button press

Are you able to recommend any resources for coaching? I’ve been playing since MKX & I’ve made it to elder god before, I just can’t seem to get past that final skill gap and compete with Pros. What do I need to do get to that level?
17:56 does anybody else have a problem activating the trap on throw??…I feel like it’s bugged when I do it….it’ll blow up but won’t hit my opponent…it only works if I have more than one trap down and even then it only interrupts the throw animation so I still can’t even combo off of it. Help?
He lacks tools to open you up. You have to play boring and wait for a whiff punish and explode with damage and hopefully get your grab combos going and loop the situation.😅😅
Takaeda has potential but as of now with his combos not being as consistent as others im sad to say that i rather drop him and see whats good next update with him than trying to learn him and be stuck in a “let me try harder” mentality😞

Janet provides any meterless routes. Kunais are straight pressure. I save my meter for ex kunais and just grab mfers. Shit is insanely plus

You can totally combo off his back 3, 4. You can cancel out of the first hit into any special

Press 2,2,4 quickly, and buffer it during BF3 instead of waiting to press visually afterseeing BF3
