I am more comfortable speaking in English than I am in speaking in my own mother tongue, I like western music more, but that doesn't stop me from respecting other regional languages, they're beautiful, they're sweet, they carry a lot of warmth in them.

I am from state board too and when I went to a big university with diverse student culture I face problems too bcs of the language , life style and bcs of my choices but I still managed to make friends who accepts you as you are .

I was moved from kendriya vidayalya to missionary school suddenly in class 8 by my parents plus I had a stammering issue. I know what it feels like to treated like that but with God's grace and awesome place called bangalore where even though my English was so so they didn't make fun i m. Now kinda proficient in English ki I can talk well but not elite speaker type but decent English I can speak to. But seriously this English things is like status symbol nowadays like apple iPhone I really like when people talk in native language like kannada telgu true emotions come out. With English it all looks so superficial
