This is known as dignity of labor which is very high in India, which should not be there. When indian students go to foreign to earn their livelihood they do jobs like waiter pouring petrol in petrol bunk and carpentary etc. So why not in our own country. In India if we do people will be like yeh padke yeh naukri karr rahaeho vagera vagera. If India needs to change then peoples mindset needs to be changed.

Not a realistic story. In most real cases, the sister would still have said that her brother being "driver" is insulting to her. But, also expect the brother to earn and fund them as "it is his duty as brother to raise me".
Any job done truthfully and ethically is a respectable job. Be it cleaning bathrooms or sending rockets to Mars. If a person does job honestly and ethically the person and their relatives, friends MUST be proud of it.
Cleaning bathrooms are very important job . If in the hospital there is no cleaners including bathroom the people in the hospital get more sick. Yes bathroom cleaner job is important and respectful

Even working in IT as an employee on weekdays but on weekends they were working as a bike taxi or normal cab drivers
Because some were not financially stable and some were eventhough they have facilities in financially but they work even extra who wants to live luxury life
