- With all the videos out there of people rolling side by sides down hills I was definitely hesitant to give it a try, especially with not having much experience behind the wheel and a practically new machine..
But as the day went on, and Josh and I became more and more impressed with the Wildcat 's performance, it was apparent that there wasn't much that this 50 inch UTV couldn't do.
The biggest limiting factor is ground clearance, but as with any type of riding the key is to carry momentum and stay steady on the throttle.
We were having a blast but as they say you are aren't having fun if you're not breaking stuff..

This was good man! The little cat rips pretty decent! I feel you on the hill sketch factor. I was a little freaked out at first with my SxS, but then when you get the feeling for the machine and how it'll behave you go straight to SEND mode. I don't think I could ever NOT have some kind of SxS, they are just too much fun, soon you'll maybe lighten up on the "death grip" LOL!

Shifter cables are known to get frigged up on the wildchickens.
My cousin's was shifting the same way. New Cable and good as new.
Yeah he will need to roll with a spare cable and buy them by the case.
Very cool video. Those were some nasty hills. It's good to see you doing so well man. Rayce and I are going to get out there tomorrow rain or shine. I wanted to go today but have to complete the range portion of my conceal carry class. The weather is beautiful today too. I am certain you'll be out riding your new machine. Good drills, great to see you out and about... just a quick tip, i am not a pro driver, but in all my military 4x4 training courses they taught us to keep your thumbs out of the inner part of the steering wheel. If you hit rut at speed the wheel can flip back and break your thumb... just a thought, stay well.....

You have the windows open now, but the vacuum affect only happens when you have them latched closed ,, so if you are out in colder wetter weather at some point and have everything latched closed , you will thank me for adding the door inserts

At about 11:02 is why you make sure your thumbs are always "out" and not wrapped around the steering wheel.

We used my Tacoma for this trip. But Tanners plan is to haul it with his Jeep.
